Love that Team USA is Trumps boat.
Great Video,Go Trump.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed.
Trump does it again, how eloquent- courageous sailors- give me a break 😂 where’s his yacht now??
And to this day he is still more well off than you 😂😂😂😂
@@swaggerjacker1482 how do you know 🤪
@@ray8304well, let’s compare mine, yours, and his bank accounts and see who is more well off. Us or him
Jealousy will get you nowhere in life @@ray8304
The yacht was purchased in 1988 for $29 million from the Sultan of Brunei, who had bought it from a Saudi arms dealer in financial troubles + $8.5 million refit in Europe + $2.5 million annual operating cost (~4 years = $10 million) = $47,500,000 over four years. In 1991 Trump sold the Princess to a Saudi Prince for $20 million. That's a nearly $30 million loss over four years. Oh, and the reason he had to sell that garish floating palace was because of Trump's first bankruptcy, the Taj Mahal. Imagine going bankrupt owning a casino. Trump Castle and Trump Plaza (also casinos)? Bankrupt in 1992. The Plaza Hotel in New York? Also bankrupt in 1992. Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts filed for bankruptcy AGAIN in 2004. And finally, Trump Entertainment Resorts declared bankruptcy in 2009. That's six. What a goddamned deadbeat. PS -- I'm glad that P.O.S. catamaran owned by Sonny Crockett failed to finish. Deep-V all day, baby.
Tasty vintage I love it!!
@@alexanderleslie4226 wow that’s quite a tale and yes deep V always👍
And Jeff Costa in B82 JJ's Express, that's me 🤣👍🏼
Hey Jeff! Hope you enjoyed the video.
@Insanity Offshore Racing Team its great, no idea that video was even out there, good times
That was a great Race Chuck Jason and Toni. Watching you guys reel in Steele and Patriot and dusting Felson was awesome. Folks need to realize the skill needed to run a prostocker From rigging engine management to throttling driving and navigating. Coty Marine can take the credit on providing the power but Rolf and Tony from Proroc did their magic preparing especially after the tunnel blowout after Detroit. Having Tim Sharkey as an in-house employee came in handy with the tunnel repair. Big picture. I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. Chuck Neu is by far one of the greatest throtttleman offshore history!!
We can't thank you enough Trbo! We were very fortunate to have such a great crew. They all did an amazing job keeping us running, and we never would have had the success we had without them. Did you have a boat out of Proroc at the time?
I founded Proroc with Rolf, Tony C!
@@trbocharge Tony! Great to hear from you! Hope you're doing well. Dad sends his regards.
@@InsanityOffshoreRacingTeam Regards as well! If travel takes you out west feel free to stop by. I have a vaca home in lake Havasu about 2.25 hours from Vegas airport and your dad can show me how to throttle my Talon 37. Lol. I work out of the Bay Area. God Bless
I was there in the Navy and remember watching from the beach. It was my first off shore boat race watching live and was fun to watch.
Hey Dan. Thank you for your service! Those were fun times. I'm glad you were there to experience it with us. Hard to believe it's been almost 30 years.
2X World Champions-Pro Stock by far the most difficult race boat to throttle. Chuck Neu is one of the best, if not the best, throttleman in offshore racing history, bar none!
This is Chuck’s son Jay. I relayed your message to him, and he wanted to say that he is truly humbled by your incredibly kind words. He also said that it’s been a great honor to race alongside so many great racers from that era. Thank you again for such a gracious compliment!
