Halls of torment. Not a bad game for a few bucks. Has potential but it is kinda grindy and not much content yet

If jaguard ends up releasing the editor mode as he says, I’ll be spending a ton of time perfecting and balancing the game as well as offering much more end game challenges and depth to the game. The potential of the game is there, it has all it needs, just needs polishing up and fleshing out stuff like the environmental hazards, island design, amount and variety of enemy mobs etc Some of the best mechanics were also cut. Like tier 4 relics and global stats on primary weapons

Lol thanks! It’s less skill and more just knowing what problems are in the game. I ended this run with 18 ancient armors and 2 lives. The game has a lot of potential but it has a number of major design flaws. Oldun + explosion jump are by far and away the best character and jump in the game at all difficulty levels but especially at higher difficulties. Ancient armors are easy to hoard and can allow you to breeze through an entire run. There are islands you can cheese by standing far away and shooting without enemies approaching you. Health becomes absolutely useless on high difficulties because enemies can do 60+ damage, yet your health is capped to 40, but ancient armors have no cap at all and are much cheaper to acquire and absorb an entire single hit per each armor. there are many exploitable issues, and unfortunately not taking advantage of some of these exploits tends to lead to unavoidable damage scenarios that make the game not just hard but unfair and or impossible, which is a big problem. The game does not reward playing without such exploits in any way.
