雖然呢度名為‘solo’~單獨，但不代表係孤獨。一個人可以無拘束地享受自己喜愛慨行程，享受自己喜愛慨事物，享受片刻的寧靜；沉澱下來，讓自己慨思維更清晰明朗，再裝備出發創高峰。不論世事如何，人只活一次，人生最緊要無憾好玩！
我會不定時分享一啲入門山徑，熱門、冷門景點，越野或馬路賽跑等等嘅經歷。天性好玩，但帶一叮點孤僻嘅我，希望可以與大家一齊分享點滴，期待大家互動交流，讓大家一齊更增廣見聞。

Kailas Penang SkyRace 2024
When I first signed up, I was super excited about the total elevation gain. But, just a few weeks before the race, they announced that due to some technical issues, the original 3,900EG over 42km was reduced to 2,900EG. At first, I felt a little bummed out. But today, when I arrive to the second checkpoint, I was really glad that the climbing rate had been reduced by 1,000EG!
It rained so heavily when the race started today and kept pouring until one in the afternoon. With the nonstop heavy rain from the past few days, the road conditions were quite challenging. About 80% of the route was muddy, and the narrow, rugged mountain paths made it tough to even use hiking poles. Plus, around 30% of the distance was on cement roads and trails, which made for some incredible downhill slopes!
Despite all that, I've got to give a huge shoutout to the amazing road signs and water stations! Thankfully, I finished the race without any slips or injuries. SkyRun is famous for its intense climbing rate. I've given it a go, how about you?

报名的时候我就是冲着它的总攀升值而报；但再开跑前数星期主办宣布因技技术上的问题，无奈地将42km原有的 3,900EG减到2,900EG，当时顿觉有一点点的失落。直到今天跑到第二个检查站的时候，我才觉得庆幸被减去一千攀升率。
今天开跑就下起了大雨；断断续续的直到一点才放晴，加上前几天的连续大雨，路况可以说是非常糟糕，烂泥占了路程的80巴仙，狭窄的崎岖山路，就连登山棍也难以使用，另外洋灰路和马路也占了路程的30巴仙，下坡的斜度是非常惊人。
虽然在种种的情况之下，要称赞一下就是路标和补给站做的很棒！亦庆幸的我还能在没跌倒下，无伤完赛。
SkyRun驻名于高攀升率，偏爱EG的我已试过了，喜欢PB的您要试吗？

部分影片摇荡，而且口水多过茶，敬请见谅。Sorry for garrulous and shaky video. 挑战拉贡山，由Lumen Sports所举办，组别分为 60公里，36公里和12公里；这次我参加36公里的组别。36公里必需在12小时内，完成3圈12公里的山径才算完赛。 拉贡山可以分为观景台，498米高的副峰和572米高的主峰。如果要由人口径直到主峰，保守估计一程需要耗时约3小时。未到过的朋友都会感觉572米挑战性不高，而其实这里的路径事成M型；就是说到达498米的副峰后，要先下坡到小溪流，再往上走才能到达572米的主峰，所以总攀升会是大约700米。 挑战拉贡山是在17/02 晚上10点30分起跑，正好也是大年初八拜天公的好日子。当天的路况很不错，虽然在上山时，过了溪流后的一小段路会有烂泥，其余的都不是问题。沿路上风景不多，只有在副峰前的观景台可算是最棒的一个景区，而山...
