Market is oversaturated, pay is shit, you work 70 hours a week, only home 3-4 days a month, not to mention the unhealthy lifestyle. Dont get into trucking. Speaking from experience.

I tired to get into crude, but kept getting shot down. The companies out there kept telling me that I didn't have enough experience. I ended up working for ProPetro up in Midland and then took another job which I regretted. They're not Veteran friendly. I ended up learning that there's a lot of meth users in that area smh I've never seen so many people missing teeth smh

I’m from Texas. I live in the Dallas area now, but every time I would travel between here and Arizona the desert area of Texas is the part. I always hated because then it makes the trip so much longer and some of the creepy stuff that you see like that that could be actually kind of creepy if you think about it, just didn’t make me want to be on that road anymore, but there are some parts to Texas that are absolutely beautiful.
