Dit verklaart ook waarom een vriend van mij die van Lubach houdt alsnog voor Zwarte Piet is
Wow, the parallels to Trump in this dialogue. Just, wow.
Never in a series I've seen so many cast members shine out. It's a shame this is underrated.
0:42 BTK killers fuckin doppelgänger
He sent a 1995 version of a super chat
Murderer presented as the victim due to racist black supremacy in America
The actor playing Darden would have been better than the real Darden during the trial
Lol Darden aint care about race, tv or nothin… he was just tryna do his job 😭😭😭
No Wonder why the Prosecution Lost🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿😂😂😂😂
Sterling K Brown would make the perfect movie villain, with how evil and villainous he sounded in his angry rant.
To be fair,it's hard to take a judge seriously with all those hourglasses
Sterling Brown is a helluva actor
"This case is a circus. And the defense has made It into a circus" In this moment he represents all the public that is watching the show
Judge Lance Ito was the sole reason this case turned into what it did. A true circus.
Didn’t happen like this but okay lol what a joke
Marcia & Chris 2 bumbling idiots
Sarah Paulson is untouchable.
It's Frank Sobotka
After watching this series and seeing the video by Vincent Bigliosi, I hate Ito's guts! What a biased horrible judge.
Is this still on Netflix
Courtney B Vance who played Johnnie was the greatest casting ever. He played Johnnie so well you think this is Johnnie
Darden told the truth. This is ethically inspiring and it needed to be said.
In real life, he did know what the Columbian necktie was
I love this show...way before the torch was passed to Seinfeld
The one who is being interviewed looks a lot like BTK killer
Dawg I thought the exact same thing. The resemblance is crazy.
Just thinking of this sketch makes me laugh at the newspapers articles supporting ukraine in its war with Russia. Ukraine declaring itself a winner after getting itself decimated in the battle of Bakhmut.
i can see why a prosecutor would be annoyed by johnnie cochran's actions. Contrary to popular belief, Criminal prosecution and defense are not at each other's throats. The process is adversarial, but it doesn't have to be hostile. The defense and prosecution are there for the same reason: justice. Both sides should want the perpetrator of the serious crime to be brought to justice. Cochran's actions shows us he wasn't concerned about justice, he was concerned about clout and winning. When a lawyer like this is only concerned with winning, the community loses. the prosecution did their due diligence. if it was any other case, the defense would advise their client to take a plea. Cochran is given too much credit to being a good "lawyer". he's a dirty huckster and charlatan.
We make fun of it for being dated now, but fax is honestly an extremely impressive technology for its time.
This case and the johnny depp and amber heard trial are so.hauntingtly similar in the court specitical. Jd knew what he was doing when he hired one of his lawyers who used to work under one of OJ's
Yup, and him choosing to broadcast it too
Garcetti is a piece of CHIT. He put Darden in a position where he would not win regardless of the verdict. You lose the case, you're an inept prosecutor who lost a case that was unlosable concidering the overwhelming evidence against OJ. You win the case, you're a "sellout to your own people." That's on Darden for accepting the job, not being "game savvy" enough to see the doublecross, however, Garcetti was a limey weasel D.A. with political aspirations. He basically cared more about proving his prosecution team wasn't racsist, than proving O.J. killed his wife. PERIOD. Point. Fugging. Blank. And to blame Cochran is classic projection. The Prosecuion played the race card from the beginning. Cochran just beat them at it.
American Crime Story did a great from a physiological sense shot showing the American public the deeper images of the case. Although O. J was clearly guilty it made an argument if, seen through the narrowest of lenses of American history and injustice that O.J’s crime could be seen as an injustice on top of an injustice. At its a perfect show to reflect on because the same thing of course around different circumstances could be said around the half a century birth of Israel and how it keeps delaying its recognition of its Palistinians under constant occupation and harassment’s.
The NPR Star Wars Trilogy Radio Play was neat.
He says I was Broke, but he still goes out to eat at a diner, and wears a meticulously cared for suit and hat. That is baffling.
Cochran was always wit the business can’t hate the player hate the game it’s a cold game 💯
Everybody was getting held in contempt 😆🤣
Show makes a point that OJ had a bunch of lawyers but pretends as if there wasn't 12 prosecutors. It wasnt just clark, darden & hodgman
Surprised they did not call that dinner the chatterbox
Did Darden actually lose his s**t in Court?
The casting is so perfect. I absolutely love this series.
David schwimmer has the best performance in this show…absolutely mezmerizing..
Notice at 0:26 how Sam’s left hand is grabbing onto Norm’s arm and then the same arm switches to Cliff’s arm. I just thought I’d point that out there.
the way the says "circus" is perfect
"HA HA I WIN HA HA!" LOL GOLD! It's hilarious he dosen't realize he is loosing money by buying the cheap mats lol.
Now have him do the part where he defended Jeffrey Epstein in court. Look it up, he was on the island.
0:10 That grunt Sam made
Ito has to be the worst judge in history . Only cared about cameras and allowed ridiculous conspiracy theories to taint the trial
Every actor was great in this show.
It's funny how Cochrane didn't even think of a Columbian necktie until dershowitz faxed it so him acting all knowing about it is sorta funny b/c the det didn't know it either . That's how much this scene shows the games people play & dershowitz teaching students this dishonesty is sad. He is right that no matter how much u sequester a jury through conjugal visits w/ loved ones they'll hear everything anyway that they weren't supposed to hear in the courtroom. That's why trials should really not have cameras in there. The reason a jury is removed is for things they aren't ever supposed to hear or base opinions on. That's why w/o the cameras lawyers will purposely say things even if they get stricken from the record u can't un ring the bell. To think Nicole was killed by a Columbian cartel is so ridiculous. Their theory was Nicole was killed cause they thought it was Faye who allegedly had a cocaine debt. If the Columbian cartel is gonna kill u their gonna just put a bullet in ur head. These murders w/ a knife were clearly personal. They showed a person in a seriously scary rage. To kill someone w/ a knife is someone who personally knows the victim. Ron it's est was killed b/c the murderer didn't know he was gonna show up w/ Nicole moms glasses. He had tons of defensive wounds so the killer obviously wasn't gonna let Ron get away & tell anyone who he saw so that's why he was stabbed literally 80x b/c he put up a serious fight but sadly he was no match for a person in a serious rage weidking a knife plus he couldn't get away as he was cornered into the fence which became a killing cage.
This case WAS a circus! This was about NICOLE AND RON and instead it was about RACE. Ridiculous! This defense team should all be ashamed of themselves! Oj got away with murder!
