The Spin Speed Is 660
I have one, heavily used for more than a year, works great!
That's good I haven't had good luck with mine. Hope yours will last as long as possible.
Never any luck with those, but I bought Rayovac bc they were cheaper & had a “10 year power guarantee”… sure. Threw them into an 11” fan & boombox, 2 years later used both during a hurricane, & 7 years later, another hurricane, same batteries. Even more impressive, they survived the heat of my house that ranges upper 80s - upper 90s, more than 9 months out of the year.
love that startup sound that's for sure good video and i enjoyed it
Thanks for watching man. Appreciate it. Did you see the short i did with this fan too?
@@TheOriginalR your welcome and Yes i did it's such an awesome fan with a startup sound and hum to it i might get one and put it on one of my 20" floor fan stand
Alright cool, yea I made the short version to try to make it more of a funny video instead of a more serious video you already watched. But please let me know if you get one and do a video of it too with the stand you are talking about.
It’s inconvenient, but I just got a used one & I’m facing the front to the wall, bc it’s the only side that isn’t vented. Read your manual, most need over 12” of clearance to keep from overheating - which could cause the capacitor to blow.
Those coils are extremely fragile, so I wouldn’t recommend even moving it at all, unless you have to. There could have been a power surge that blew out the capacitor, that’s what happened to my Arctic King, after 5 years. Went to remove the bottom, just titled ever so slightly, & sprang a leak. A capacitor might be the fix. Had planned on getting one at the HVAC supply, Monday, but now it’s not worth it. I’d like to find a way to recycle the pump, since it was only used once.
The genie is 1/2HPC
Thanks for helping me out.
Did you ever bend the blades back up, or they never sagged?
No they never sagged. The ceiling fans downstairs did.
Horsepower?
8165
Thank you for that. It has been awhile since I worked with garage door openers lol.
I just bought this 35 pints on Facebook 🫠. I hope i dont breaks. I bought for 80$😊
Which is Price ?
How do you know what model it is what year?
Sometimes there will be a sticker showing the date of manufacture on the product. Another sign is the fact that the 2024 model has the stickers warning about the new flammable freon that is and will be put in the future appliances starting in 2025 because of environmental regulations.
All the refrigerant leaked out of my Midea cube after about 2 years. If you are operating it in normal conditions and notice the evaporator is icing up that means it's low on refrigerant due to a leak, hopefully you still have some warranty left, return it immediately.
Yea this is my third one now and it's got the new Refrigerant so hopefully they actually sealed it better because of how much more flammable it is compared to the old refrigerant.
I wonder where all the moister is coming from? My daughters basment is all awys moist & we cant find the source.✌️🇺🇸
Is the basement underground?
mine worked for a year and now this summer it freezes up with in 10mins
Yea tell me about it this is the second one that pretty much failed in 1 year. It was working fine when I first got it last summer and now it won't pickup water. I got other people commenting I wasn't using it or operating it right when it was collecting a lot of water last year nothing changed between this year and last year.
Need a video on how to clean it please
What do you mean how to clean it? Do you mean the clean washer cycle?
@@TheOriginalR Yes how to use the clean cycle along with the cleaner tablets to clean it?
Mine is working well and I like it. At this point, just it send back. Get your refund.
How many years you had yours?
You overpaid. Are you sure you know how it works? If you reach the target humidity it pauses even if setting is on continuous. Then, it restarts when the humidity goes up. You can lower the setting to 35% so it doesnt stop. You shouldn't place it too close to the wall. The side facing the wall is also where the air enters.
I have placed it close to the wall to drain the water outside there is a hole on the wall with a hose to drain the water outside. Last year it was in the same spot collecting a lot of water and now it doesn't do anything.
1:08 IT HAS A COOL TURBO SPEED MOTOR!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Are the Guardian brand ac unit good quality , reliable ?still working good so far?
I don't know to be honest with these particular units I filmed this video back in 2016-2018 and haven't been back at that place ever since. But I had a coleman rebrand of York AC and the evaporator coil started leaking freon after 10 years. Not the expected 15 year life expectancy if that helps. Also I have a friend who has a guardian ac since 2016 and so far still has that unit and seems to be working. But before that unit he had a coleman york rebrand and it failed with a freon leak as well.
Just happened to me. Gave it a fw hard taps a few times lifted up and down a few times and heard some water drain and it started working
Ok good to know I will try that but I think it lost the freon.
I have the same exact washer - bought in 2016 for a really “good” deal at sears hahhah…repaired last April, and it just broke down again…having a rough time finding videos for fixing this one- the metal agitator is stripped now, and trying to fix myself…have you run into this yet? Thank you
No surprisingly I haven't had any problems that involved laying the machine down and repairing it. To be honest with the hassle of having to take the hoses off to be able to lay the machine down to repair it then put the hoses back on hoping they won't leak after you took them out and put them back you mind as well buy a new machine with new hoses to save the hassle of worrying about if the hoses are going to leak out water or not.
Front loads are much better
I respect your opinion but I like the top loaders more at least because of how they work like the vintage appliances era
I don't like ours. We got it in 2017. It's been fixed twice. I don't understand all those buttons and fabric softener button.
Do you have the same exact model I have? If so the buttons really don't give you full control of what you want the washer to do. They give you some control but not full control. For example the deep fill or auto water fill button is useless. Because either you fill the tub all the way up or barely fill it at all. There is no medium water level.
The rear part is so you can't lean the cart back and roll it balancing on the back two wheels.
Yea I figured so the thieves can't get away so easily. One time I almost got accused of stealing over the receipt printer running out of paper. Good thing I pressed email and print the receipt because I had to show the store associate proof of purchase like wtf. They could have kept the stuff I literally just bought and they would have robbed my money. So unreal.
Me when I go to a public bathroom and I see a bathroom fan without a cover: 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️SHE’S A RUNNER SHE’S A TRACK STAR!🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Can u tell me wen its the right time to put the detergent on this washer . I just boughtvit used and im un sure on wen its time to add detergent and softener .. than k you
The washer manufacturer company would say to put the detergent before you start the load on the washer. I use the tide pods detergent and I put it after the washer finishes filling right after the water stops and the washer starts the wash cycle agitation. Hope this helps.
@@TheOriginalR thank you
After 3 weeks of constant contemplation I can finally sleep again 😇
What was you contemplating about? I know I haven't posted in a long time but you could have commented asking me where I been.
I miss those so much. The new ones that claim to save water suck. Have to run it twice sometimes 3 times, sonwhays the point in saving water? Also btw you cant destroy water. So saving it is pointless.
Yes I still like the old school direct drive washers better then this one and other new ones. They could make a good smart washer that fills up the tub with the right amount of water to properly clean clothes.
This one looks to have a swapped grille on it. These typically had a different grille.
Yea well it was difficult to put back on the grille so I just left it off and I just cleaned it days ago from the dust so it won't dry up the oil. The dust is like sand it will suck up/ dry up the oil.
@@TheOriginalR I meant the old grille. That grille was not originally for this type of fan that is 110 CFM and 4.0 sones. These fans typically used a different grille.
My dad bought one of this of second hand and my mom hate it! She is so mad.
Yea you better off with a second hand speed queen washer the one with the mechanical dials or the new TR5 washer. Not so sure about the other new Kenmore/Maytag/whirlpool washers these days. If you can find a used repaired one that has the direct drive mechanical timer one that would be good too.
2:32
Do it on an old Direct Drive
Rip kenmore direct drive
It’s really that horrible
Hehehehehehehe
will you go back to incandescent
No because even the new incandescent bulbs don't last long.
will stock up on incandescent light bulbs or will you get more LED light bulbs or will you go back to incandescent
I will stay with LED since it takes less power. Basically 4 led bulbs can take as much power as a single 60 incandescent bulb.
With my Maytag if I want a little extra water either use the wrinkle control function or wet the laundry with a gallon of water beforehand just on one side of the tub seems to trick it into believing there's more heavy laundry and it adds a bit more water
Maybe it was a bad reverse switch, since it worked again right after you flipped the switch back to downdraft.
There was still an electrical smell coming out of the motor. Plus I heard zapping.
How to fix the washing time? It seems that it takes 1 hr to wash clothes. Help please
You can't really fix the timing.
After 2 minutes of agitation, the socks are still on top, and have not disappeared? Totally unacceptable. These HE washers are hot garbage.
Yep you can say that again.
I have one and she is a piece of trash
I have always wanted one of these. Where do you think they WERE sold back when holmes made them?
They used to be sold at Target Stores. But not anymore. You can find them on Ebay.
Why my do not spin is the same washer .
Did you balance the load?
I have been using this washer for 3 weeks now, and I hate it. I have never had a problem with my clothes smelling but now I do. I have watched this washer fill and it is beating the crap out of my clothes. The savings from buying this machine is not going to over-ride what I will end up spending replacing clothes that were agitated while dry. I would not recommend this machine to my worst enemy.
Definitely agree Susan. The old Whirlpool direct drives washed better and took less time to wash your clothes.
Some aren't made for closed fixture you can buy some with vents on them
Yes I did eventually learned about that after reading the fine print on the bulb.
I have this same exact one
Yes i am pretty sure this is a very common model.
Me too
Had to wash 4 jeans 4 times on heavy duty AND had to add 5 gal bucket of water in order for it to float and move..... didn’t even rotate.. I guess 4 jeans is toooo much at one time.?????????? I really miss the old school washers..... I wish I did more research before this washer was purchased!
Yea 4 jeans is not even close to an overload to any old school washer. The new ones are just whimpy in performance. Not even Speed Queen makes a good washer anymore.
Kenmore rules!!!
I’m.... suffering! XD I’m sad that I didn’t watch this before buying the machine. Lucky me there is a 30 day return policy.
At least now you know. We all live and learn.
