TSM’s failure or success in the US is up in the air, but what is certain is China will eventually take over Taiwan where 99.9% of TSM’s manufacturing plants are located.

They all wallowed in "chips" with closed systems, proprietary systems, while an "IF THEN ELSE" chip, accessible to everyone, would have allowed a decentralized industry, accessible to the local electrician. Outside the USA, this man would have been arrested for theft of know-how and transmission of information abroad (any information sent to Taiwan, Singapore, etc. ends in China) Yes I'm bitter? yes I'm jealous? This gentleman is truly above all of us!

One of the important takeaways is not many countries can replace Taiwan as semiconductor powerhouse. Asking people not to jump to other jobs with better pay is a joke in many countries . Morris Chang with his great foresight and understanding of Taiwanese culture, he makes semiconductor technology possible. Without him and dedication of Taiwanese people, we might not have the IT technology what we are having now. People are seriously underestimating how important this person is to the internet, telecommunications and smartphones

Ironically, the foundation of the success story of semiconductor industry is the free market, free trade and globalization. World's politicians are doing exactly the opposite things to weaken those merits...

According to known sources, the reason the semiconductor industry in the United States began to move overseas was due to industrial accidents. At that time, the hazards of semiconductor manufacturing processes were not well understood. However, as workers started dying or becoming seriously ill, the United States allowed its allies to produce semiconductors. The processes today are no longer harmful. Many improvements have been made. Moreover, it has become a geopolitical asset surpassing oil. Therefore, the United States has started to build semiconductor factories again within its own borders. "I THINK"

A Chinese American Morris Chang did whole round. Used his top industry knowledge, connections in USA to build semiconductors in Taiwan. And now TSMC builds fab in USA. From British education in Hong Kong to PhD in states. Fully integration in USA with rich career. As retired guy he moved to Taiwan in 80s to start another career - as business guy and made it big. This guy is megastar

Even if you deliberately strengthen the connection with the word China and downplay the country Taiwan, nothing will change. Go back and climax inside the high walls, poor Chinese, (TSMC is the TSMC of the world, not you Chinese)

I am Taiwanese and everything I say is true!! He is completely a commercial spy who ran from China to Texas Instruments. He used his identity as a Chinese to steal the name of the Taiwanese chip company established by the Taiwanese. More importantly, as a Chinese, he used the public funds and technology of the Taiwanese to establish the Taiwanese chip company. Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation [More importantly, there are a large number of military and commercial spies on the board of directors of Zhang Zhongmou, and they have gone to China and the United States to establish companies. These people have been arrested by the Taiwan Legislative Yuan, and he is still on the run. Everyone who works at Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation knows that after he stole things from the R&D department of Texas Instruments and left and caused harm to many people], and then used commercial attacks and persecution of students with chip manufacturing expertise to completely dominate Taiwan's chip industry. Everyone who works at Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation knows that, He doesn't manage the company at all. He is a [Chinese commercial spy] who constantly uses business negotiations to "squeeze other countries" and then goes back to Taiwan to pay others to use other people's operations to make money. He even uses his name with Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation to [Completely defrauding Taiwanese students of their assets!!!], [This is why there are very, very few chip companies in Taiwan! This is entirely his strategy].

When Zhang Zhongmou worked at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., he built many factories. These factories were all factories where customer secrets were leaked. Even chips and semiconductors were open and accessible to outside trucks and visitors [We work at TSMC, We know all these things. 】 However, what Zhang Zhongmou said outside the company and in the media referred to the leakage of these commercial secrets and business secrets as [(We) Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation has in-depth and close cooperation with who and others] Then, once you stop dealing with Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation, Zhang Zhongmou and the people of Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation will know that it was you who told the bad things about the company, and they will ask those national soldiers who defected from China to deal with it. They will come to find you where you live. This has really happened several times in Taiwan, even in schools!! Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation employees, Taiwan’s political parties, and Taiwan’s people all know it. There is no one in this world doing business like this!!

Smart Taiwanese won't say: he is the "TSMC Founder". He is no founder. He was the first manager appointed by our government leaders decades ago. Those leaders are genius and open-minded. They are the true heroes for us forever. I don't like TSMC, and this old guy. OEM mode is ruining the spirit of Taiwanese.
