Hello! My name is Eli. I am a trumpet player from Burlington, North Carolina, currently attending Michigan State University with a double major in Jazz Studies and Jazz Music Education. Going on a decade of experience as musician, I have had the privilege of working with nationally-recognized artists and educators including Alfonso Horne, Camille Thurman, Kris Johnson, Jerome Jennings, Dr. Richard Cox, and many others. With their guidance, I am constantly compiling and creating the best resources available for young jazz musicians today!

Coltrane will always be my favorite tenor saxophonist EVER! Unlike many 'technicians' who play, Coltrane never sounded mechanical or like he's playing exercises. His phrasing was also imbued with great emotion.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
