It's the Naowh UI with some light modifications. You have to subscribe to Naowh via Twitch or Patreon and then go to his Discord and download all the stuff. I use my Twitch Prime sub for it!

They are WeakAuras. The "frontal" is from Naowh's M+ WA pack. The CC rotation WA is wago.io/CC-Rotation/12 and it works pretty nicely, especially if everyone is running it. For single target interrupts I just send it when I feel like it unless we coordinate per pull specific things to interrupt.

It's nerve-wracking, but I generally try to pop dancing rune weapon or vampiric blood on pull to give myself a little extra tankiness. The beefy combo of DRW + Tombstone is a big shield and DRW will get you back to 10 stacks of Bone Shield immediately. If you do the combo in your Decay, it does a bunch of threat, too. I wish some of the other fun cooldowns (Bonestorm, Blooddrinker, Consumption) were tuned better for the on-pull-don't-kill-me usages.

The group nameplates are ElvUI. The spells/defensives are OmniCD

The interrupt prio WA is wago.io/CC-Rotation.
