I trade supply and demand as well, and I’ve noticed that if a person doesn’t understand market structure, it’s going to be difficult for them to find good supply and demand setups. After backtesting years of data, I’ve realized that sometimes only 2-3 quality S&D setups are created in a week. I believe market structure is key. The reality is that we only need 2-3 solid setups per week. I find it puzzling when I see people trying to catch setups every day, only to end up taking low-probability trades. But yeah, identifying market structure is crucial in my opinion. Great video and thanks for the transparency!

Man what you said is so real, i just got my second funded account, i blew up the first on because my psychology was so shit, I would say it's 80% of trading. I would also add to minimize the pairs you're trading. I started with 10 pairs or so but in reality you only need 1 pair to make money , your attention i highly valuable and th more you spend on a pair the more you understand how it moves with different high impact news. bro your problem is overtrading, take 1 max 2 trades per day, also your stop loss must be in a place that if the price hit it you cool with it. Try to hit more than just a 1:1 (u can take out 60% of your trade at 1:1 which is tp1, move sl to BE and let the rest 40% go where it wants to go) this way you can make more money while still taking profits where you fill comfortable Trading just off of OB that you showed us in this vid gives like 48% WR, with a 1:1 you will lose every account possible, but if u go for a 1:2, you gonna make money with a 48% WR

You gotta know your risk per trade. Here’s a good formula u could use bro. Position Size = Risk Per Trade ÷ Stop-Loss Distance (as a % of trade size). Just plug in the numbers or tell ChatGPT to plug them in for you.
