There is so many perks/equipments that will make u run faster like stimshot but as per my concern, now I’m not saying he’s a hacker but if u notice at the beginning he died and then got spawned and just walked like speed of a light which made me suspicious. And as per my knowledge even if u have a good build, codm won’t let you walk this fast. Besides, hacking in codm is not flying and killing only.

And no, you can make games in roblox studio. Maybe you haven’t tried using roblox studios or never used it. Probably it’s because maybe your camera is turned of in the main settings of your device or didn’t it turn it on in the game settings

Some games don’t have access to camera, and also if your 13+ and the account says 13+ there is 1% chance that you don’t have the camera feature in the roblox settings as it is still rolling out to people for example Kreekcraft the famous roblox youtuber you can check in his recent videos and he mentioned he didn’t got it yet. And the thing your saying I think you have to go to real settings in your phone and go to roblox and turn on the camera if you have the camera feature in roblox! And if it doesn’t work then I will make a short tutorial video on that 😊
