Yoga has help me over come my addictions aswell but I find my self addicted to yoga now it’s like a feel good drug lol
I can completely relate to that! Being addicted to yoga can be a bit more of a positive focus. But please remember to not push yourself too hard! That’s when injury can arise. Reading about the Yoga Sutra’s can help with finding the balance of rest and effort. :) If you want a recommendation, let me know!
