    Yoga has help me over come my addictions aswell but I find my self addicted to yoga now it’s like a feel good drug lol

      I can completely relate to that! Being addicted to yoga can be a bit more of a positive focus. But please remember to not push yourself too hard! That’s when injury can arise.
