This is first edition pathfinder. It is my preferred system due to familiarity and breadth of options when building characters and playing the game.

What is the modlist?
There are over 100 mods total but some of the notable ones include many of the vanilla expanded mods, numerous dubs mods, a bunch of quality of life stuff, and most importantly hospitality which is why guest show up.
