B6 2007 Passat 3.6 VR6 wagon cold start APR State 1 tune. Secondary catalytic converters , mufflers, & all resonators removed. 2.25” pipes with 3.5” bolt on resonated exhaust tips.

1999 E39 Dinan 5(540i/6) with muffler and resonator delete (SuperSprint Section II pipe and Turner Motorsport muffler delete pipe) cold start.
So an R36 with 20 less horsepower.

This, the genesis coupe, gtr, and lexus is250/350, maserati ghibli are some of the best sounding v6's around...thing is tho, the 3.6 passat is a staggered engine base, and can lay down hurt low end...

@@meeseeksbox6548 No problem! You can hear it around 2.5k rpm and plus. Even in auto mode, you can still hear it as well.
@@TIFOSI_Donny pls post some videos. Around internet is just DSG ones. I want decide if get an 3.2 dsg or a 3.6 tiptronic
@@meeseeksbox6548 For sure! I have to say, if you want to do some spirit back road driving, get a DSG, or even R36. I unfortunately have to replace the transmission not long ago😬
Not DSG?
Unfortunately, DSG was not an option for the B6 Passat VR6. Only the 09G automatic gearbox is available in the US for the VR6.
@@TIFOSI_Donny U can have Mine. Here they are Standart and only Option. But Id like to stick with stick.
@@southdakotaslim7419 Thank you for offering! I did also considered manual swap as well. But the gearbox went "boom." I have no plan to fix it at this moment. But we'll see what happens down the road.

Just saw your comment, apology for the late response. I sold the car on Cars&Bids. Selling the car was to raise some fund to get a E63 M6.
