    That is a lot of pre-planning but I like the idea of a quarterly journal

  • @karencarter3312

    I love this idea and am really interested in doing it myself. I do have a question though. Why are you gluing pages together in the middle of the notebooks? Is it so that they stay together? And do you glue the pages where the two notebooks meet? Thank you.

      @vrjanis-inkedscrollmyths 9 днів тому

      Hi, I am glad I was able to give you inspiration for your own journal. I glued the pages in the middle to connect the two books and give it a little more support in the middle so it does not split apart or weaken the spine with both books pulling separately. I was also trying a method to make the pages thicker and have less bleed through.

    regardless of the format, your journals are beautiful. I dont get a sense that they are overwhelming...it is just you coming out on the page. Beautiful!

    This was interesting:) I have a question; How do you use your decoration in your monthly plan? Do you, for example, use stickers to mark where something will happen that you are looking forward to/r excited about, Or do you use stickers where there are empty space or maybe some free time/holiday time that you are looking forward to? Oh, and one more thing: I seem to remember that you had such a gr8 system in one of your earlier episodes, about your house- chores. a system for tasks to be done like daily, weekly, every other week, and so on. Can't you get that into your new BJ? Love your videos! <3

      I will answer your question in my next video but I use thin washi for events and stickers for important days. It is funny you mention the chore list because I was thinking of bringing it back. Thanks for being a part of our community.

    Do you have any videos where you talk during the setup part? Like to explain what you are doing, how many bix grid squates are used for each monthly box for the oage with rhe mobthly calendar etc? The math part messes me up. And i was a math major but my brain just refuses to do this. If I get it right, I'd probably trace it and use it to trace future pages I have an A5 dot grid and a standard size composition book to wirk with. Already gluing the comp book pages together

      @@vrjanis-inkedscrollmyths oh good, thank you. I need it explained in plain language. I just saw the neatest thing on how to draw a map. The lady took dry rice and spread it out on a paper. Arranged it the way she liked with islands etc. Then used a fine pen to trace around the grains of rice and land forms. Removed the rice to use again or to eat. Then she drew in mountains, rivers, treasures villages etc. sea monsters. It was really cool.
