I am watching this video in November 2022, while completing the last course in my masters in counselling psychology. This demonstration is very helpful because it reveals so much more than textbook information. Thanks to the student who braved through vulnerability and to Dr. Lim who is a role model for non-verbal communication. This was brilliant!
Thank you to the student who shared her life with her class and us, I just wanted to hug her after all of it. Thanks again, i found it useful and educational.
thank you for this excellent demonstration, but I am wondering why Dr Lim was asking so many 'How does that make you feel' questions, in systemic therapy at least they tell you to avoid this.
I feel and think that the suggestion not ask those questions is too deontological, instead of considering the teleological benefit through relevant and uncovering questions as a follow-up and not as leading questions.
Thank you for sharing this video.

This was very helpful for an assignment I'm working on. Thank you to the Professor and the brave student that shared with such openness.
Want to share that assignment ha. I've started a family Therapy one, it's very confusing
The student was brave enough to open up in front of the class. Thank you for volunteering. Learned a lot. I'm grateful for uploading this video. ☺☺
Dr. Lim is a good therapist. She asks for info. But she doesn’t push. She just keeps reflecting the client.
Very brave of this student to volunteer to open up. But it made the genogram Extremely interesting!

this was so helpful for me. Thank you for sharing this :)
Amazing to see how a genogram can open up deep issues. Very profound. And, I wonder how over exposed this student felt in front of her class.
