Hello, thanks for the comment. My wife and I sold the business 2 years ago. The video did not show my sink set up. Yes it was like an office space. I used a mobile 3 sink set up that the health dept approved. The business was health dept approved. It had to be, or we could not operate. We always had an excellent score. We also had to Install a waste water sink. I should note for my 3 sink I used an on demand water heater. For our bath sink we also Installed an on demand water heater under the sink. It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it, and the health dept is willing to work with you to keep you compliant. The sheet rock walls were never even talked about here in Arizona.

You make a good point. However, I was never scared of any competition. My wife and I met those challenges, Like being in one spot to long. So I just went and got licensed with the county and started doing big baseball games. Their is always a work around. Regarding Brick and Morter. My wife and I had a cookie store. We seen the street vendors. More power to them. They don't affect what I am doing. We have been on both sides. Don't ever worry about what some one else is doing in business. Get some cards or fliers made up and go to Apartment complexes, also condo communities that have an office. Speak to the manager and explain what you do. Ask if you can leave cards and fliers. Also storage facilities same way. Talk to the manager. If folks are moving themselves they may need help putting furniture back together or taking apart. Always 1 flat price to the customer. I am from Michigan originally and I had a moving business their. For this work I would be 35 to 45 per hour plus your travel time to and back home. Set your pricing like a mechanic. 1 hour lets say for a dining table plus your travel. Say your round trip is an hour. So 70 to 90 bucks. Hello, yes you need a freezer. You are overthinking it all just a a bit. Shipping times especially. I always got my donuts and only had a problem one time with a delay from shipper. I notified them and they express shipped more to me at no charge. Regarding the freezer. I had a 7 cubic ft freezer that held alot of donuts. One at home, and one on our cookie trailer. It can be done year round for sure. Profit margins in the 300 to 500 percent markup range. We moved to where the money was. For us the biggest money maker were the baseball games. This is a wide stretching question, but a good one. We usually were in the ball park of 300 to 400 % mark up. We used to sell the big Gatorades In Florida for 3.50 a bottle. Think we were paying 88 cents to a dollar for them. Always look at what you have in the product and create your mark up. Basic capitalism in the retail market. Also Investigate what other vendors are selling products for and if they are doing business. Another great point. In our store we sold sandwiches. I may have 2.50 in a sandwich and sell for 10 bucks.
