Croatian Music By Regions
All pictures shown in this video are from authentic locations. I made this video to show people how diverse croatia actually is (both geographically, culturally, mentally and in every other possible way). That's what makes it so awesome and unique.

Central Croatia is real Croatia, Slavonia is mix of Croats, Serbs, Pannonians, Magyars and Western Slavs. Dalmatia is mix of Croats and Illyrians-Romans. Lika are mix of Croats and Guduscani, Serbs.

Central Croatian music sounds so much like folk music from Southern Germany/Bavaria/Austria, incredible! Croatia is a fascinating country and a microcosmos :-) Go Hrvatska! Greetings from North Germany.
Croatian is a slav country
@@luismilicich6417 I know. So? I merely expressed my respect and admiration.
Actually that kind of music is played in the most northern parts (area of the cities of Cakovec, Varazdin...) but yes, Austrian influence played a vital role.
@@NorthSea_1981 Croatia is mix of slavs, hungaryans, germans and italians its our little Europe for a very long time.Cheers and wellcome to Croatia at any time.

I am from Croatia and I cannot understand what are these men singing, Sound is so blurry. And BTW Croatian songs don't sound like these. And "Kad procvjetu u proljeće jabuke" is song from different part of Croatia but you can't see difference.
Domagoj Kvolik ma kad procvatu jd iz gog djela ali se pjeva po cijeloj hrvatskoj
Name of song in first seconds of Slavonia???
+Ivan Bicanic Već odavno spremam svog mrkova
Hvala brate
A di su nestali tamburasi? I mislim da pjesma Kad procvatu jabuke nije iz sredisnje Hrvatske, Lole ju pjevaju i to one SLAVONSKE (lole).
When u see the tears of youre mother crying when she recalls the cruel mistreatment of her father my grandfather, tied and bound at the hands of communists on his knees, pleading for his life....one can never forget!
4 god. prošlo od komentara al ipak. Oprosti al nije slavonska. Slavonske Lole pjevaju tu pjesmu al nije njihova
To je pjesma od našeg Zagorca Ivice Pepelka

Pole, Hrvat - dva bratića, oboje spremni za velikim delima. A svatko zna vrijednost tih riječi: Bože, Čast i Domovina! Polak, Chorwat - dwa kuzyny, obaj gotów na wielkie czyny. I każdy wartość tych słów zna jak Bóg, Honor i Ojczyzna! Greetings from Poland!

Poland? So it's not a part of Croatia?
@@PossumFromRijeka what?
same with us jewish people and israel.
Well, Croatia does have a long and complex relationship to Turkish influence, considering it was the border to the Ottoman Empire. It certainly can't be equated to Turkish culture, but part of what makes Croatian culture rich was its ability to relate to many disparate influences and adapt them. That's why this is so amazing and eclectic! :D
Malo si falio pomješao si Dalmaciju i Istru to su dva različita svijeta muzike i kulture ;)
So many other countries want to steal our land. We have 4 words for you. Come and get it.
Never! Those lands were under venetian rule, because great power of dodges, but people living there were croats and few wealthy venetian merchants. Except parts of western istra, Italians never had large numbers in these lands.
Yes, it's song by Croatians in Vojvodina (same cultural circle like Slavonia region).
