I have decided to do some hiking. There is lots of walking trails around Ha Ha Tonka State Park at Lake of Ozarks. I do believe if you walked the whole trail it was 9.6. Could be wrong. This trail gets confusing because it has other trails inside it. I turned around before getting to a highway on back side of trail. They got map view. I have Alltrails App on phone. I carry phone incase I get hurt. I could see loop that I would of gotten on. I went back a long ways to the same way I came. People are suppose to stay on trail. I would had to made my own path to get to trail I could see going back. There is bunch more trails around this area. I have walked all but one. I had camera battery problem with a different trail that's rated rough. You have grab onto side of rocks to get across part of it. It's started down from Old Post Office. This trail is probably the normal with some tiring spots. Hiking doesn't make you loose weight. Starving is how to loose weight. When you get done with trail your tired. So want eat or drink. Also Zero Pop isn't working either. It's about the volume you take in. I got arthritis in my feet and other parts. Hiking probably helps. I know something else that would help but you can't do that by yourself.
