Our Visit To EmCon Highlights 09.06.24
On Sunday the 9th of June, I attended EmCon thus making it my first comic con visit for the first time in four years as covid threw a spanner in the works for everyone in 2020.
I had a great time and I decided to document my visit by showcasing some highlights.
It was so good to be back on the comic con floor and I look forward enormously to my next one whenever and wherever that may be.

Our parents treated us to a ride on the Flying Scotsman which was on the 10.12.23. The ride was organised by the Railway Touring Company and was from York to Carlisle with stops in-between and some time to explore Carlisle. Just a funny little experiment I tried out when I realised I could pull Bertie directly in front of my phone. Whenever I do my series - I can't grantee there'll be any crashes like this - close calls maybe. And I certainly won't be including the sound effect of Shadow the Hedgehog's no as of course the crashes in Thomas and Friends tend to be more serious than that.

Interesting variation of Clue. Clue is actually my favorite board game period, and I have a couple of Clue boards myself, a modern one, and a “Vintage Bookshelf Edition.” I'm planning on getting the upcoming Muppets version too. 😁 And I even saw a stage play based on the Clue movie. I auditioned for Tim Curry’s role but didn’t get it. Great show though. 😁
@@coadjacob It certainly is - I wasn’t even aware of its existence until I found it via random browsing one day. I also really like the Simpsons version of the game - it’s quite fun ^^ That’s cool - even if you didn’t get the part it’s still cool being able to see a stage adaptation of it

Hi! It looks good on you! But if you take my advice, buy gloves to go with the dress (I saw you have black gloves), but a white one would go better with it! It will be suitable for quite a few costumes later on. good luck with the channel! :D

Wow, the detective's brown suit looks amazing! And the modern Victorian... the colors really do go together very well, and the cane really adds character. The night at the opera looks is soo great. The vest has a really interesting shape and the chain is such a pretty accessory.

Thank you very much I must admit I’ve always been a bit skeptical about sites like cosplay sky, I was never sure how good the quality would be as I like to wear my cosplays daily as well as for conventions - the coat I have is still good but I plan to invest in the Magnoli replica at some point as I did initially plan to do that and wish I did do that instead of trying out History Bunker But I suppose I could always maybe try one of the cosplay coats one day, the coat you have, how is it in terms of quality and how long has it lasted you?
Well I got the coat from eBay last year it's very heavy duty only thing I did was replace the buttons

I don’t think Mattel is gonna allow Bachmann to make many non-cgi characters, so I don’t see many of them happening. And since Bachmann has never done any Railway Series characters and with what I just said about model series charters, I don’t know if that’s likely.

Good way to ruin the resell value completely there
There was no resell value anyway as I’m keeping mine - I bought it for the sole purpose of cosplay so the packaging is surplus to my requirements

Hm... So, I'm just reasoning now, okay? What if the retail (that is, the one in the video) version and the online exclusive version have all the electronics the same? It's just that the retail version does not have a button for changing modes soldered, but there are contacts on the board? And in theory, is it possible to open the case a little and solder the button? Again, I'm just reasoning!
You do have a very plausible theory, but the only problem with that is that I'm personally not brave enough to try it in case I break it - somebody else might well be brave enough to give it a go
Pretty nice footage you got here, man. I've seen the photos you and your brother posted from the trip, and it’s great to see video footage too. It's interesting to see basically the real life versions of the Narrow Gauge characters. :)

Very solid and funny short you put together, buddy. A little surprising how you gave Bean more dialogue than expected, but it’s still good nonetheless. I think my favorite part is when Bean almost makes Gordon go out of control, but just saves it. Really like this one. ^^

There was at least one mistake I made with the credits. S.A. Music and Mavis M were responsible for the music and a music piece before the end credits was done by user 350744672 but forgot to credit them - silly me. Oh well, I at least hope you all enjoy the show :D
