From 20 May 1944 onwards, Anne rewrote a large part of her diary. She planned to publish this book about her time in the Secret Annex after the war. The published version was also edited and censored by her father... so Paul has a right to be sceptic, but in truth, she did write the diary but she did so with the intention on writing a readable book, not just as a diary. which I imagine the first version she wrote was.

Paul was always trash. He should have been an occasional guest host on DP at most, for those that enjoy him, much how Joe pops in from time to time now. Paul is just OG Joe. The DP downfall began with Paul. He was good for the Brett content but that was it.

Wow, this guy is impossibly boneheaded. He’s speaking so authoritatively, even when it’s clear that he hasn’t remotely explored this topic outside of his own mind. For him to speak with such surety, he necessarily must believe that he’s solved the issue of morality inside the vacuum of his own perception. He has to believe on some level that he understands this question better than all of humanity does, even after millennia of debate on it. Tens of billions of people living and contributing to the topic across hundreds of generations, plus all the philosophers who’ve explicitly pondered the question and dedicated sizable portions of their lives to it, but somehow he’s demonstrably solved the issue by himself, doing so with unremarkable rhetoric and downright nonexistent argumentation. His narcissism makes TJ look humble by comparison.

Paul is just emotionally unstable. He gets consumed by bitterness, he treats everyone poorly and sometimes callously because that’s how he treats himself. It’ll take him some time to see this and to rectify it, or he’ll die miserable. It’s up to him, but in the meantime, life goes on.

I really think this is one of those videos that is, like most "drama" vids, tailor-made to people who already have a grudge against Paul. His debate performance is up to each individual viewer, and in my opinion, he waffle-stomped Vaush into the dirt and actually revealed a human enotion, something Vaush is incapable of. A lot of my support for Paul probably comes from our similar political takes; i have to imagine the same is true of others. Therefor, i will simply say, the target of a speaker's vitriol will always find more accuracy in criticism of the speaker than in the support of them, and vice-versa.

I don’t think he’s Butt King tier yet by any means, but yeah Paul has definitely fallen off hard. I like him when he’s chill, but pretty much every time he gets emotionally worked up over something his rationality and likability goes out the window.

I feel like he’s just lost himself after becoming this extreme pothead filling himself with delusions. I have not against weed or alcohol, but when you overdo it every single day of your life, you lose reality. It is an escape.

Loved listening to Paul... not for years now.

I donated money to Paul’s stream a year ago or so and he acted Like such a total piece of shit when I asked him a simple harmless question.

I remember Paul telling a story on dP about a hallucination he had where he saw two reflections of himself one of him hunched over, gray and spiteful and the other a beard of white and hopeful.
