When i started calisthenics over a year ago, i was just a skinny 15 year old and discovered what calisthenics was. I haven’t stopped doing it from then on and i won’t plan on it. I hope this video gave you a chance to discover calisthenics the same way i did. Don’t be afraid to fail when you start something new but embrace that fear and do it anyway. Just start and don’t stop.
