I completely canceled my club. I really didn't want to hold it so close, as I've heard others say. For me i feel like there's always going to be new scents i love just as much.

I totally get your perspective on this. It’s just wax… life is so short and there are more people out there that are in a worse situation than we are.. I have definitely cut back on club bars. The ones I club I have strong scent memories with and I always tell myself.. there will always be new things to enjoy. Take care.. enjoyed listening to you.

I use pretty litter. It’s expensive but doesn’t smell. Also cats are very clean creatures 😊

Fellow Canadian consultant here from the East Coast (PEI), really enjoying your channel and thank you for sharing your thoughts. Taj Mahal is definitely a scent that is hard to explain, I am clubbing it because every time I walk in the room, it reminds me of my grandmother. I’m not sure what it is. Maybe something she used in the bathroom, not sure; I am on day three and I’m just removing it now so a very good performer. I did not find it overpowering in my open concept kitchen/dining room that opens to an adjacent sunken living room. I believe I used six cubes in the area and it did not blow us out of the house; I really like thunderstorm, even though I am not a rose lover, but there is just something intriguing about it so it will be in the club for now till I get a better feel for it. Also clubbing, woolly slippers, pumpkin tiramisu, banana nut bread and ode to opulence. From the current catalogue, I’m going to add to club around the campfire, Silver bells, pumpkin roll, cider mill, and winterberry apple tea. Those are the ones I would absolutely miss if they did not return. Cannot wait to see what they put in the spring/summer catalogue and I’m really hoping for some good summer bakery, but will not hold my breath because they certainly lack in that department in my opinion

Snuggle up is the most confusing scent for me 😂 I can not sleep with that scent on because it overstimulates me. It has a mid scent note that I can’t figure out and it causes my thoughts to race. Regardless it’s still a pretty scent and it’s sitting in my club until I make up my mind on it. Thank you for sharing!

I get a note of chocolate in Wooly Slippers also, and I do not enjoy this scent, it just doesn't come together right to my nose.

Thank you for video. I’m ok with all changes except the 20% commission if don’t reach 250. We were promised 25% for life. Not until they want /need to change it. It says on the join page word for word. And a company going back on their word…. I have major concerns.

I think what theyre doing and how they went about it is a mistake. We'll see how it pans out. I will continue my consultant status. However Ive cut down my scentsy clubs. I started ordering from other wax companies for the very first time. Even hobbyist consultants are still customers, and alot of us dont feel appreciated right now

You are right, everything is just too expensive. And with the decrease in quality to boot. I do wonder how much we would have to pay for the sort of quality Scentsy had back in the day...probably far out of reach for most of our budgets. Scentsy is on a bad trajectory. They seem out of touch with what customers and consultants are saying. Their business decisions ironically seem bad for business. I am seeing more and more antimlm content popping up and hearing about all these MLMs that have been closing or restructuring. The writing is on the wall for Scentsy and I hope they can get it together...

I was not a fan of wooly slippers either. I was excited to try it, bought 3😂 but it is not for me. I love marshmellow, I love lavender, but I gues not mixed.

Great video and your thoughts align with many of us consultants; I’m also Canadian (P.E.I.), I joined to make some $ back on my purchases and have only family/friends as customers so do only local orders; I gave up the personal website after the initial 3 month freebie upon joining; I have a quarterly club only but plan on scaling it down considerably and will cut back on the amount of orders I do now…Scentsy is doing the wrong thing here and it will bite them in the behind - customers want convenience of shopping and home parties, etc are a thing of the past; I’m upset about the commission changes…no, I don’t always have big monthly sales, many times none at all but there have been months where It’s been higher so to penalize us for a low sales month is wrong ; the quality of the packaging lately is not great, many bars come in broken containers, and scent quality is lower…some scents are not filling the room as they should. Perhaps Scentsy should cut out some unnecessary products and stick to warmers, wax; make the scents stronger, improve the quality and people will buy more. I’ll wait and see what transpires here and make a decision but for now, I’ll Be spending much less

The people not wanting us speak about our concerns is really the most annoying thing about all this. If I quit Scentsy - it’s because I feel like I can’t speak my mind and don’t want to be part of a company who does this. I really hope Scentsy is listening to everyone’s concerns. Thank you for your thoughts. I do feel they could have gone about this a little bit differently and made other changes instead like getting rid of poor performers and maybe licensing maybe even the with boxes could’ve been changed but not the buy five get one bundles

I as a customer prefer watching reviews on UA-cam than to go to a party. I do not like pressured sales. I am the person who shoes away salespeople at the stores😊

I agree the warmers lately haven't been the best quality. I have a warmer were the dish came messed up & they replaced it, but the replacement was messed up too. I reached out & complained again. They had me take a pic & sent it to them. They said no where not sending another dish it's suppose to be that way. I was so up set that they didn't care about a customer. I felt like they only care about making money. Plus the warmers are not cheap.

I totally agree! I think there are other changes that would work better. For instance, I'd love to see old school favorite bars like Sweet Plum Pastry, Sugar, Pink Haze, Honeymoon Hideaway etc be offiered as a scentsy club exclusive. 5 years is so long to wait for BBMB. That might be a change they could do instead of taking things away, but who knows. The whole reason I became a consultant was to get a discount for myself too.

💜💜💜 Enjoyed hearing your thoughts. And you’re right - one thing can be sure - every fall, there will be new pumpkin scents and every winter there will be tree scents. 😅 So even if we don’t Club them all, we will still have pumpkin in the fall.

Performance update....so 4 cubes really got going and id say open layout worthy. I have high ceilings. 🤷🏼‍♀️ still brown sugar forward so not a repurchase for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Update on wooly slippers....ok so I left this in for about 4 hrs. I really couldn't take it anymore 😂 the scent profile didn't change at all for me and I still picked up this really strange note that just didn't work. However, many people love it, our sniffers are all different, so if this one sounds good to you give it a try. Its just not a repurchase for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This recipe.....absolutely amazing!!! Its been suggested not for open layouts. I have not smelled apple butter frosting before but imagine this is exactly how it smells! Love it! ❤

Ok so update on mix.....its really good! You get soft spice, buttery smooth with a nice apple from Jonny appleseed. Ill do again.

Hello Jenny! So you were able to have a replacement on those Churro bars, good for you! 😊 Ryder seems to have lots of energy! I have the Scentsy Air but I put 2 pods in it. It’s great for open layout. I used thebpast scent of the month in mine so I already used a portion of it at the office and now I’m sick and can’t smell anything so I’m not sure how long they can run but I’d say I’m pleased with it as I also alternate with a warmer. Love the Simons sweater!

Hi Jenny! I’m glad your move is over and now you can settle in your new place! I got the Mickey Jack O Lantern buddy with Frightfully Delightful. It’s a scent I like but I’m not sure I would repurchase. But then I said that about Mickey Mouse and Friends and it totally grew on me and now it’s not available anymore 😩 I see you got your Mist-ifying vas with the colored lights! It so fun! I ordered mine with my closing party on Sunday so I won’t have it in time for this year’s Halloween but I’ll be ready for next year’s! 🎃🎃🎃 I would live the walk around. Happy Halloween Jenny!
