He was full armor i don't know how 2 aps doesn't just kill him on sight... league matchmaking sucks... Also where is your armor pen too? Bork is based on current health so is better against bruisers not tanks since they buy HP and not defense (uh that's why you see champs like Renekton buy this item too? yep) , the output damage is ad, to make this item good you need something to pierce the defense, basically armor pen is better vs tanks then health percent, unless its true damage. So you have an item that gives slow and a little bit of magic damage and some life steal vs an item that gives more total damage(which is good since he reduce your damage with resistance) and armor pen what you actually need against a tank. "UNIQUE - MIST'S EDGE: Basic attacks deal **bonus physical damage** on-hit equal to (Melee role 12% / Ranged role 9%) of the target's current health..." TLDR: he was buying tank you bought something that is better vs bruiser not tank.
