Its a serie used to be aired many years ago... Called In treatment The best one ive ever watched...
This is why you always find therapists which there is no way you will be attracted to them. That being said, I experienced a strange sort of attraction to my therapist, who was the same sex as me...I'm hetero...it was short lived but gosh, that was a bit of a shock.
Funny thing is... once he crosses the "line" she then loses interest.
SonictheBedHog I think this people are mostly interested to test their attractive power and love to see they can effect people which they target, especially the tough ones, who seems happy, cheerful and powerful, maybe they envy them

@@Valkyri3Z It's the therapists job to maintain the boundary, transference and countertransference happen but his job was to keep her safe. She may have felt intensely like she wanted a relationship but what she needed from him was safety and healthy boundaries. He failed her.
@@Valkyri3Z Sorry, it's actually a renactment that's worthy of analysis. Sad that some therapists get drawn in. That's why staying on top of your own analysis is so important.

Im a psychotherapist in the uk and im in awe with this show, its a great portrait of what goes on in a therapeutic journey, the ethical dilemas and the strength of a client/therapist relationship. Too bad it was cancelled. :-(
