I'm in San Diego, the city proper, actually. SD has nothing anymore like this, the scenery, architecture, old houses, etc. It's a shame. Here, they wanna level such things for the big-wig money-hungry greedy land developers. High-rise condos and apartments kinda of bullshit. The folks who represent the San Diego Historical Society are very pissed off. The cityscape here is nothing but computer generated blueprints of modern crap. All the same buildings, boring, depressing, invasive, pretensious, absolutly NO historical value, no pride in craftsmanship, superficial, no respect to historical preservation--and all for a goddam dollar. If Cambridge and Beacon Hill was in San Diego, they'd level and bulldoze these neighborhoods to put in high-rise condos and apartments. Fucking sad shame.

Boston...you're my home. Worked @ Suffolk University ages ago. Walked all around Beacon Hill & in town Boston, the Prudential to the M.F.A., North End, South End, etc.. Boston is a great walking city, you can have a very enjoyable walk for hours. I wish I could walk like I used to, I really miss it. Thank you for this tour of my Boston, don't live there anymore. ❤❤

Gornergrat is by no way "top of Switzerland", even not the highest peak reachable by train or cable car. The more interesting part is walking from Gornergrat down to Riffelberg, with Riffelsee on the way - famous views are Riffelsee with Matterhorn. And its a "Kulm", the hotel called accordingly "Kulmhotel"
