Ben Diesel BA is an on-line discussion/tutorial program designed to explain the basic concepts of automotive to viewers who are fond of cars but have no background in that field yet.
Our approach is not very technical, bec. we only want to share our little knowledge to those who want to be a “Do-It-Yourself” mechanic. Our procedures are mostly “old school” techniques that are commonly used or employed by “street/backyard mechanics”.
But we have a good set of equipment and special tools to be demonstrated in our videos so as to constantly remind the “would be” mechanics about the importance of using the appropriate tool for each kind of task/job & to instill in them the value of ensuring safety in the workplace.
We believe that Automotive is a very complicated science that cannot be learned without going through the basics.
