no more zip ties or hacks this is a real fix. Repair the stripped out fiberglass the right way and anchor the bolts for a solid dash and graph mount. Now that it’s been over a year, how did this hold up for you?
It has held up good. The console is not mobile all and easy to remove if necessary
I thought the flow rite would be a good addition on my last boat. Then the cable broke twice. The plug got stuck. Flow rite sent me new parts under warranty . New boat does not have the flow rite .
Looked like a cold solder joint. The solder should flow like liquid over all of the wire to get a good connection, otherwise connect the wires a different way. Cold solder joint create resistance and will break apart over time. Hope this install holds up.😢

Having problems snaking mine on my 08 basscat puma.Might have to take throttle off
running wire is a pain in the ass on alot boats
Definitely can be a problem. Boats these days are not made with “upgrades “ in mind, good luck
Im gonna do this with my 06 Ranger. From what ive learned running wires also is para-cord and wrapping the wires to the para-cord using electrical tape and then using some lube makes it pull thru really easy
Try cooking oil on front end of wires…
