I have this machine. Cant get studs to always stick. Tried changing settings etc. Not sure what difference is. Would love a close up video showing the setup of the consumables and guide. I am not understanding the 3/16 maybe. From the tit or flat backside? 1\4 stud onto 1\4" frame. Am i demanding to much from this machine?

How the surface looks like from the other side? Would it leave marks on a 4mm Anodising grade Aluminium?

Your instruction manual is horrible. This was better. When is second clamp needed it not? How does spring pressure effect it? How does the thickness of the receiving metal effect it? Ie 1/4plate SS.

Too bad you have to have those studs custom made.

Are the hand tools available to suit any mig welder.
