I'm sorry but reopening a flailing eyesore is just a waste to the community. There is a local hospital less than 20km away, I really don't see the use of keeping it alive. It's time to move forwards and allow more housing in the area. Move forward people come on!

Are you sure your guest is as trueful as he claims? He seems to think everyone else has a problem with the truth while also having his own issues too. I mean, the next door "rich" organisation sounds terrible, but he forget to mention that they are a charity setuo over 100 years ago to help the less disadvantaged in the society, and continue to do so. He talls about the gifting as assets, but a charity like the hospital can't end with funds or property. It must give or gift its assets to another charity that aligns with its goals. Important but to leave out. Perhaps if he has such a great plan, instead of suing the hospital, he could show exactly how he intends for the hospital to run, and not expect a seat at the board. Perhaps he could have donated this money to the hospital. Seeing as there is a court case pending, I'm sure it would be better to wait for the court to give their answer rather than speculate to whos telling the truth.. Are you going to interview the people mentioned in this podcast to corroborate their story and get their version of events?
