just an aluminum cube I tigged up between zoom calls today..

first real drive with the new 8v head from Erland Cox. 2.3l redblock with big cam and efr7670 at low boost, keeping revs below 5,500rpm for break in.

unfortunately another season ending problem with the frankenstein overbuilt 8v Volvo head. Car was running GREAT on the new cam, pulled the valve cover to check lash and advance timing a bit and found the cam followers/buckets loose in the bore.
