I've been to Lake Las Vegas a few times and it always looks like a ghost town. Shops and restaurants empty; hardly any people around. Guess it was a good idea but at the wrong time. Seems like it would be a cool, fun area if there was more activity and more people around.

That outlet mall, once valued at $125 million, sold in 2021 for $1.5 million. Somebody got a sweet deal.
