Indonesians have failed miserably in protecting their precious and endemic wildlife. The extinction of the Javan tiger, as well as other animals on the brink of extinction such as the Javan rhino, Sumatran rhino, Javan leopard, Sumatran tiger and many others, demonstrates what I am talking about. Poaching, trade in animal parts and destruction of habitats have led to a rapid extinction of these species. It will be a shame and a disgrace for them, and for humanity as a whole, if these animals become extinct.

We have to do something together to protect our wildlife. And our jungle. Guatemala has one most important jungle and Centro and Latin America too I can said. We need tell our government. And also ask for help different. Organizations from another's countries

Mans forgetting 60%+ of both carbon capture and oxygen production are done in the sea. I agree with the overall message, but get your facts right and stop acting like forests are the only environment that matters.

They arent though, They're advertising for what people arent thinking about. You cant walk 5 god damn meters down the streets without seeing something save the climate, save the seas stuff. But since we've started thinking about the ocean we've subsequently removed our attention from the forests. Both are equally as important so we should devide our attention equally inbetween, not favour one side more.

What a load of misinformation it is because of good forest management practices that we have these pristine wilderness areas that have been logged since white man first came here sure there have been mistakes made but if you follow the science and not the emotional argument it can be a very viable and sustainable industry

There were 15000 or more Koalas in the Pilliga Scrub 20 or 25 years ago - there are barely a few hundred remaining.. Koalas are extinct already in so many places. The Koalas of the #GreatKoalaNationalPark are being wiped out bigtime from the best Koala habitats on Earth......... the forests that gave rise to Koalas tens of millions of years ago (ancient moist Gondwana forests within the GKNP) are being wiped out. These are the facts and this is the reality.

The Iconic Pygmy Elephant, the clouded leopard, the bear, the Hornbills, Species of birds, insect and species of plants. I hope efforts to conserve these national treasures is being taken seriously by the State Government. I am an ordinary retired citizen - holding no post in any government office but I feel really concerned about the attitude of the state government. Be a responsible government, no more corruption , please. I heard some people says that some people who have a connection to the State Government can easily get a timber from parts of the forest reserve. I do not know whether it is true or not but please do your job with honesty.

Javanese transmigrants and the corrupted Indonesian government in Javanese are arseholes. Palm Oil Tree isn't native to Indonesia but Africa introduced by dumb Javanese Soeharto in 1970's. Well, Republic of Indonesia is so dumb since Soekarno while Our Sumatran Forefather Hatta who signed Indonesia's independence has formed United States of Indonesia so that Sumatra Nature will be protected.

Human-elephant conflict arises from shrinking habitats, forcing elephants to seek food in human areas, which leads to crop damage and harmful confrontations. The video shows farmers retaliating against elephants and notes that palm oil producers poison dozens of elephants annually in Indonesia. While it doesn't explicitly offer a solution, the video implies that proactive habitat preservation and anti-poaching efforts are essential for mitigating this issue. A comprehensive resolution likely requires addressing habitat loss, human population growth, and the illegal wildlife trade.
