Reminds me of my childhood. Thanks for posting. Dan came to our church in East Texas absolutely loved hearing these songs and the interaction he had with others. I still have this album at home, a classic.

I have this album. It’s even autographed. Saw Kier back in the early 80’s while staying at a resort in Virginia.

We had this album on the record player in the house in the mid 1950s and I could never calculate how many thousands of times I heard it. I know every note, beat and sound on this track and it's firmly imprinted on my brain. In my opinion as a Dixieland junkie this is the best track that the Assuntos ever laid down ... one never gets tired of it.

This song was a remix of "Mexican Shuffle" (that song came from 1964).

My father actually wrote and composed this song/music. Just finding out today that Jim Pringle was also on the project.

This is one of the songs on a record that one of my nieces/nephews snapped in half. I don't think it was an accident, as breaking a record takes a considerable amount of effort for it not to be intentional. Oh well.
