I still need to figure out a few books but I'm sure I will read something that fits the prompts that are left.

I'd highly recommend not skipping meals even if they are suboptimal. It depends a bit on how your body and psyche work, but skipping meals will plummet your blood sugar levels and can easily lead to binge eating episodes (it did for me). If you can get some easy snacks/meals in your pantry/freezer that you can always get easily that will help loads (make a little list for yourself, for me canned pineapple without sugar/syrup is a low effort/energy, healthy snack). It's not about perfection, it's about doing better❤

I can't do all the random diets, it never works but the last few months I have been eating in a deficit for my body which is still 1800 cals and upped my protein to at least 100 g a day and more fiber, also portion control and I don't eat diet foods unless I like them. I have lost 17 pounds. Some days it's hard as I just want to snack, but having extra protein in my meals are helping. Your dogs are so cute!

I have loved watching your daily vlogs this month. I don't watch vlogs normally but I've loved yours. You should do it again in future! I can't believe how much you were able to read in a month as well as all the other things you were doing. Seeing your routines, daily planning was really fun!

The other thing I do is ask for a box with dinner and put half away right away. Then I feel like I can eat "everything" on my plate but I'm still only eating a good portion rather than the huge portion they have brought me with all the associated calories. It has worked out well so far. Good luck! 🎉

I am a fellow Gemini too, and I love the information you shared about the food addiction, it's super interesting. I have had to make a strict meal plan and stick to it, so I know what I am eating and do not have to make last minute decisions, because I would order a pizza all the time. 😂

The addiction thing makes so much sense to me. I have smoked socially many times in my life, and can just quit when I want to, and friends and family don't understand how it's not as addictive to me. However food is a whole other struggle.

For me, after l finish a book, is when l track it. I've made up my own spreadsheet on Excel that l use and l use Goodreads. If l'm participating in a readathon that tracks books, l take the time and register it right away. Only after l've done those things, do l move on to my next read.

Trisha Leigh has a series called The Last Year and each of the four books is set in a different season if I’m not mistaken (I haven’t read them yet but they’re on my TBR). Is a YA Sci-fi about aliens that conquered earth and enslave humanity through aggressive mind control. The first book is called Whispers in Autumn, the 2nd book is Winter Omens, the 3rd books is Betrayals in Spring and the final book is called Summer Ruins.

I need to get around to DCC sometime soon - I think Jake and I are going to make it a readalong on the discord next year 😊

How dare you EA to miss with Amanda's schedule? 😂 At this pont, we better get a good sarcastic laugh about this, I do wonder why they don't test it with all packs, and I truly think is safer (and also cheaper) for them to release it and wait for all player to send their free feedback to them, they know at the end we just want to play the game so we do free work for them, the people that are working on the packs cannot be also testing, so they would have to pay other people to do it, and honestly I think they don't do it bc they want to avoid pre release piracy or some thing like that, is the only explanation that I can come up with... Not counting it will also delay the release flow of packs...

I log my finished books in TSG shortly after finishing a book. I might go back a day later to adjust a rating or review. My bullet journaling I do in spurts after I've finished multiple books, because I don't like to waste paper printing just a few covers/images on one full page. P.s. You might have already noticed, but your sound got doubled up again in this and the previous video.

I have a reading tracker (spreadsheet) and a reading journal. I'm always playing catchup with both. I don't log books read as I finish them. I'm too excited to get to more reading.

I have tried journaling, and learned it's not for me. I do however log and rate my books on three different apps. I do that as soon as I finish a book.

I made my full Litwits August TBR the day we got the prompts. Whether or not I stick to them all, is another matter. Last month I did read 12 out of my original 15, then switched the others out for different books. 😂

I often think those book covers look alike, but to see two of them featuring the same model was incredibly funny 😂 I put My Commander on my evergrowing TBR. It sounds like it could be a fun, easy read.

There are many terrible things about living in Florida nowadays but... book banning sure is one of them. Have you read Answers in the Pages by David Levithan? Such a great middle grade about book banning
