I don't understand how people do that for the drums, ever time I try, it restarts the drum every time I music it up or down a note while still playing the previous break note

The reason its too chaotic is because the boss used too much abilities, great for this theme

Sounds really cool! I think you should change the BREAKCORE instrument to another one in the interval from 1:32 to 2:11, or change the rhythm itself and also add some instrument (for example, the same guitar) in the same interval, because for me this part of song feels quite empty. This is all just my opinion, it is not necessarily correct, in general the music sounds pretty good.

The part at 2:13 was really good, I like how it builds up! Wish it lasted a little longer though. This would probably work great in a context of a game, but on it's own this song starts to get a little boring after a while. If you wanna make an interesting and attention-grabbing theme, make use of leitmotiffs (not just one leitmotiff, there could be multiple! You can take 1 leitmotiff and mess around with it a little and you'll get variation, it's great stuff) and interesting chords too! Yeah this might just be a me thing, but I like breakcore only when it's in combination with a good melody and instrumentation. The breakcore here is great btw, never done it myself but I think it turned out well. Keep up the good music! Hope this helped in any way.
