Great job and nice stop selection.
Super playing thank you! Could you try to play the Ennio Morricone score from this movie? ua-cam.com/video/zochjFw2mbA/v-deo.html
A marvelous arrangement, well played, Sir! Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻🇺🇸🎹
Oh, the AMERICAN National Anthem…
"Oh Say . . . " Oh! Without context I too was initially expecting a different National Anthem. (Should really have guessed 'USA' from the haircut and the impressive instrument). Well done. Great playing Matt. 😉
Footage?
Austin pipe organ?
Good to see you! Love hearing you play. Hope all is well. We miss you.
Play ball!
Very nice, Matt. Greatly appreciated.
Very patriotic for the most patriotic month of the year
Fantastic arrangement, well played. Well done, Matt!

Thanks a lot!

Certainly a version with a few adjustments. The boardwalk instrument sounding magnificent. A great achievement by dedicated enthusiasts and volunteers.
Quite spooky
Your tempo was awful.
Fascinating...one wonders how many university organs are still languishing in this condition.
I just stumbled upon the other videos of this instrument you have made, how is it's status? I was told the organ was almost unplayable when i visited it a few years back.
The organ is now about 70% functional. Drexel has acquired some money to start the restoration process.
I’ll be brutally honest… I once told a friend of mine a song i ABSOLUTELY DESPISE being “What it is” Nobody ever agreed with me… But once they told me they agreed with my opinion and said it was hot garbage… Let me Tell You… I have never felt so happy and enlightened in my life before… And this was the song that was playing in my head! My Soul Got So Enlightened That Once Again I HAD MY FAITH IN HUMANITY RESTORED! 😭
I don’t care how you react to this comment. I will always hate that song.
Me too bro.
God Save The Queen Queen Elizabeth ll RIP 🇬🇧🕊️👸🏻💂🏻💂🏻💂🏻
God Save Our Gracious Queen…, Long Live Our Noble Queen…, God Save The Queen! … Send Her Victorious! Happy And Glorious! Long To Reign Over Us…; God Save The Queen!
If nothing changed since 2014, I had General 8 set as a cancel, which on this console is above the solo.
General 8 unfortunately doesn’t work anymore so I set general 1 as general cancel. General 2 is a string setting, general 3 is flutes, general 4 is a principal chorus, 5 and 6 don’t work, 7 is tutti, and 8 is nonfunctional. Most of the divisionals still work though. Also I just replaced my first pneumatic today! It was a success! I have about 49 more so I’m going to replace all of the dead ones with the replacements in the organ to hopefully minimize the dead notes. One of the Bombarde 32’ resonators is collapsed, which I can’t do anything about. I’ve taken the tuba magna offline, because the stop tab doesnt work anyway. I am currently working on getting that stop working again. I’m not sure what to do though since it isn’t a regular stop. The regulator for the tuba magna needs to be releathered. A lot of sealing needs to be done on the chests. The string division needs a lot of work as well. Otherwise the most functional division is probably the exposed great or the orchestral.
Please get in contact with me Doug! I’ve heard of you before and I would love some help/advice with this organ!
Awesome!
I miss the queen : (
My country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty....
matt get your glorious cheeks out of my recommended
And of course there’s always that one arrogant pipe/note that thinks it’s special and has to cipher on its own at the end. A prima-donna, diva pipe! 😂
Gorgeous.
*GOD SAVE THE KING!*
Philadelphia or Atlantic City? Can't be anywhere else with that claim.
Atlantic City.
😮 fantástico 👏👏👏👏👏
Was that from a rodgers or an allen organ
Neither. A walker
An octopus can play this organ
One might try to play it with 4 people too :-)))
A beautiful rendition on the queen of instruments. Her Majesty was the gold standard of sovereigns, and her successors will have a difficult time measuring up.
The German text of the "Kaiserlied" our old hymn until 1918: Heil dir im Siegerkranz, Herrscher des Vaterlands! Heil, Kaiser, dir! Fühl in des Thrones Glanz die hohe Wonne ganz, Liebling des Volks zu sein! Heil, Kaiser, dir!
I would love to hear Anton Bruckner 9th symphony on this organ!!!
Herrscher des Vaterlands! Heil, Kaiser, dir! Führ´ in des Thrones Glanz in hoher Wonne ganz, Liebling des Volks zu sein! Heil, Kaiser, dir! (Old German Kaiserhymn with the same melody, beautiful imperial german national anthem until 1918)
That poor thing needs some love!
Nailed it🤘
