It's the upper Westside of Manhattan overlooking the Hudson River. The green space in the video is Riverside Park. The building itself is located near the west 80s. According to what the pics, I think this building has about 18 floors, if the apartment shown is REALLY on the 15th floor. Looks like it's in the back.
Apartments on Riverside Drive in the 80s (newly renovated) at astronomical in rent pricing. This one will definitely be $6K per month. A hell of a lot more if in the front of the building.... the view will be enviable.... it's well above the tree line and an unobstructed view of the towns, cities, and shoreline of New Jersey, not to mention open sky and the Hudson.
I don't understand paying so much for window a/c units and radiators! I'd rather live here in Oklahoma, have an HVAC and 3-4 times the space. If you can remodel an entire apartment or building, at least put in central air and heat. Having window units spew electrically expensive cold air is ridiculous in this day and age.
They're old buildings that are landmarked (can't change the building facade to accommodate wall units) and no interior space for HVAC. AC is paid by the unit in most cases and the building's heat is part of your monthly maintenance. New construction has individual built in HVAC.
Just a viewer’s tip….the day that you are going to tape put everything away. It was too distracting and since you didn’t open the closets put all of the things in the closets.😊
Why is it every one bedroom apartment has a bath tub,why don’t they update it a bathtub with a standing shower,or maybe just a standing shower only? And why don’t this building owners or landlord get into the modern time,if I was the renter the realtor will have a headache.
Is true that is a nice apartment, but calling that an "oversized" kitchen or "huge" living room , makes me think what you would call small! Housing in NY is certainly a real mess.
Lovely🙏👑♥️ NBC
Beautiful but extremely expensive.
Where is this place? New York, Chicago???

All those windows in a penthouse just to have a view of brick walls?
Excellent channel! So many real estate videos have a loud host who talks too much. This is calm and perfect

Horrible decor. It would show a whole lot better if the apartment was empty!
Perhaps... Airy, Spacious...BE@UTIFUL Architecture, probably pre war
Just be inside the apartment by dark.
Nice place 👌 👍🏾 👏 ☺️ 😊 😌 👌 👍🏾 👏 ☺️ 😊 😌 👌 👍🏾 👏 ☺️ 😊 😌 👌 👍🏾 👏 ☺️ 😊 😌 👌 👍🏾
Thank you for sharing a cute one bedroom condo/apartment home.😊
This place would show better if someone bothered to clean it first.
The apartment is gorgeous inside! But I couldn’t handle the lack of a view. Too depressing.
Lovely.
This unit appears to be for rent, not for sale.
Too much emphasis on small details (a microwave?), not enough on overall floorplan
How about those closet interiors? (sarcasm)
WTF this channel doesn't mention any location?
All this can be yours for only $100,000/month! 😭
What’s the point of showing us an apartment without the details and the price, what the hell
Looking very nice. Thank you for sharing this beautiful penthouse home.😊
Too much clutter!
You're a kook

I disagree! It shows as a home. Its a warmth that is missing in most lives.
I can't imagine my own clutter when I'm looking at someone else's !!!

BE@UTIFUL Lobby... FANtastic!
Probably $5000 a month
Keep going.
Yeah…looks to be somewhere near $7500. Just having a view with all that light adds $1500
Perfect apartment and perfect location!
