I really didn't think you were going anywhere with this. I was starting to think u were just sticking random scrap together until the end of the video. I do like the end result though. It can be altered, and the same idea can be used to make a caliper compressor.

Watched the first couple of minutes and HAD TO bang my head against the wall.. Who spends that much time making an oversize tool that wont fit most engine-compartments :) and even more scary, the time spend to save like what, 7-10 bucks ;)

In the U.S. we don't install our oil filters with a "impact" so we really won't need that. But good job!

How is this high level when the correct tool for the job is a bench grinder with a wire wheel? I understand using what you have but if you can afford a stick welder then you can afford a bench grinder with a wire wheel. $50 Harbor Freight or Amazon. Nice try, but this is not a video about skills or inventing. It’s upcycling at best, but not efficient or effective upcycling if that’s what you’re going for. Good video for whatever it is.
