use enb to get rid of fog
If that option is there, I don't see it.
I think you need to follow the poles with a light on them everywhere but yea, very early access apparently, nice te see you again, i use to watch your other channel long time ago and you disappear, also i was already subscribed to this channel but youtube never recommend me any of your videos in years. In any case greetings from Uruguay and see you later 😊
The Teddy Bear was named for Teddy Roosevelt, who refused to shoot a bear.
Just plug in a controller and play, also these games are pretty much playable movies so not everyone will enjoy them
If I wanted to play with a controller, I'd buy a console.
@@Syrkit I play on pc and use a controller for certain games. Just because you're using a controller it doesn't ruin the experience. As you mentioned in your video some games just aren't made with mouse and keyboard in mind.
@@theunexplainablecrumbs4387 Using a controller absolutely ruins the experience. Controllers kinda suck. That's why games _should_ be made with mouse and keyboard in mind.
@@Syrkit Explain how using a controller ruins the experience
@@theunexplainablecrumbs4387 It ruins the experience by not being keyboard and mouse. Obviously.
Game is good. Its only you sucks.
You seem nice.
It's the same for controller where prompts to do things only show up when you're near the interactable, and holding down a button is supposed to "simulate" taking the time to do the action. The game is really enjoyable, I would recommend just trying it out with controller before completely shilling it away (if you can!)
I don't like using controllers; it's like trying to play a game with one hand tied behind my back.
@@SyrkitYou can also use a keyboard if you have the right set up
@@squishiesbybrooke Or they could have built the game well. **pshrug** Who's to say?
@ They honestly did build the game very well. Sorry that you don’t enjoy it but personally i love the game and think it’s amazing.
I enjoyed this game and this gameplay.
Are you really struggling that bad?
I shouldn't have to struggle _at all._ Not with the interface itself. _You_ try doing this with a trackball and you'll see what I mean; doing quarter-circles is only one thing: awkward as hell.
Saw the thumbnail, and the art in this game immediately reminded me of worlds adrift. The servers have been shut down. So, sadly you can’t play it. I’d highly recommend watching footage on UA-cam of it tho. It’s an absolutely beautiful game.
Have you played "Inside"...? If you like this art style, you might like that, too.
@ I have not, but will check it out!!
I'm a pinball girl In a pinball world Life's rolltastic It's getting drastic...
The controls are genuinely so simple, play the game it’s good
"Simple" isn't the issue. The problem is that they're _awkward._
I don’t have experience with PC/Laptop controls with this game, but with controller the controls are no problem.
I don’t think you understand what this game was trying to do.
Fr
I understand what it was trying to do. I also understand that the controls to do it are really, _really_ awkward to use.
@@Syrkit the whole things a QuickTime Event how are the controls awkward? They couldn’t be clearer than literally displaying them on the screen when you need to press them.
@theosmith5987 See, again, you say "clear"...which has literally nothing to do with "easy to execute". The very first QTE where you can save the fish, demands a quarter-swirl from right-to-bottom... _you_ try doing that with a trackball. I dare you.
@@Syrkit I have no idea what a trackball is, but the inputs are designed to be difficult to mimic the complicated manoeuvres and split-second reactions you need in a real fight. As for picking up a fish, well… I guess that could be a little “slippery”. The game isn’t meant to be easy though, so maybe don’t make a video about how much you shouldn’t play it just because you can’t pick up a fish, maybe turn the difficulty down first.
Thank you for sharing this so i know not to bother getting it
She is completely wrong the game is truly amazing the controls aren’t even that bad and you can change keybinds
@@Epicmanyes i completely agree, one of the most incredible games with the best visuals and storytelling. and for people who play on pc, is it not just possible to connect a control. its much easier to play like that
It's a great game and I love its storylines, I personally think you'd be missing out by not trying it out yourself! At least via demo!
How about a shopping carriage?
If you want to go REALLY retro, there are a number of emulators (I'm using Regen) and a ROM: Phantasy Star. I think you may like it. Came out in Japan in '87, rest of the world in '88. Let me know.
I remember Phantasy Star's existence; don't think I ever played it.
@@Syrkit : If you've never played it, you _really_ need to. If you do, get the original, NOT the remakes... Ages, Generations or whatever. Hint, the first character is a female. Alis. Her brother, Nero was killed trying to what Lassic was doing. She is on a quest to finish what he started.
@@boyceps Well, let me ask you this: is it one of those J-RPGs where combat is just each side of the conflict standing on the opposite sides of the screen and just whackin' on each other instead of any kind of actual tactical combat where you can maneuver? Cuz if it's that... kinda not interested.
@@Syrkit: Well, yeah, it kinna, is. I thought that I'd just mention it, thinking that you might enjoy it. I did.
I'm not gonna lie; this game is more fun to watch than to play lol.
I really wanted to play this, but it gives me deus ex control vibes, so I'm out!
@@TheLoneWanderersBunker you should definitely play, as others have said she’s completely wrong
@MFT-k3l She’s not completely wrong, it’s just an opinion. Gameplay wise, it’s a walking simulator with quicktime events. You have to like pure RPG to enjoy this game. You and me might like it but it’s definitely not for everyone
I recommend at least trying the demo of the game, it's has some really nice storylines!
@@TheLoneWanderersBunker Definitely 10/10 recommend!!! See for yourself and please try it out!!!
Yes. Using a mouse vs a controller are VERY different. One game that I really liked, Golvellius: Valley Of Doom is easy with a controller but I couldn't get the hang of using a keyboard. One reason is that in some dungeons, you need to jump while holding the attack key and since they are not synched, it is very difficult to get the timing right. Starflight was also difficult to play.
I can't believe you brought up Abraxas, Guardian of the Universe. I know it because the makers ripped off a song from a band that would sort of morph into Dread Zeppelin. I've only seen clips, but it may be a contender for worst movie ever made.
I used to work in a video store; I have movies in my head that many people have never even heard of.
A BDSM game for mermaids? I guess that would be "Sub-Naughtyca.
Been a while since ive been around these parts...
CloudPunk sounds like a musical genre I would absolutely be into. Wait, is that just Oingo Boingo?
If you'd asked me without the context of this game, I would have guessed that a musical genre called "cloudpunk" would be like airplanes-only dieselpunk music. So...lots of "Flight of the Valkyries" kinda stuff, but rock/metal/punk style.
I had fun. And I am here to look at you, you're nice to look at. That's not the only reason, but it's in there. I do like listening to you yap, but take a drink every now and then. A little lube and you can go for hours. Er, so I've heard. >_>
Hahaha. This is exactly what UA-cam needs. Someone bad at stuff focused on bringing more negativity into the gaming sphere. Keep up the great work!
Puh-LEASE. That interface is shit. Demanding you only craft with materials found in a specific spot during the tutorial is shit. The game isn't well-built. And your comment about "negativity" is pretty ironic, dumbass.
@Syrkit dawg, you're tryna gain viewer traction shitting on a 5+ year old game that's run it's cycle and is now a complete game in the beginning of its finale to its fanbase. This is your highest viewed video and it's all based off playing the game poorly(on purpose? Lol) and trashing the game cause you made a couple mistakes and don't want to be accountable on camera. Wouldn't plan on this YT thing being a long term career gig, boss.
@@Skar3Kr0w Who said I'm trying to gain viewer traction? I say over and over and over in my videos that I'm just doing this for funsies. Not everybody is trying to be Markiplier or jacksepticeye, yanno.
@@Syrkit 😌👍
Sheepy, it's free and it was a suggestion from my sister. It's a short game and it's cute. I thought it was fun for the hour or so I've played so far.
I added that to my library about a week ago. :) Thanks!
Heroine Quest (remake of the old Quest for Glory, with a female hero), looks good, I haven't played it yet, but it's free with an option to tip for $3 if you like it. If you are into real classics, it might work. (I just found out there was a fan remake of 2 as well, I am looking forward to playing that also, been on a Sierra kick lately). That new Marvel Rivals is 'Free', but I doubt it's good. If you already have Fallout 4, the mod Fallout London is really well done, can get it for free on GOG (works no matter where you got Fallout). I don't know a lot of free (good) SFW games, but if you have a non-free one on your wishlist, I would be happy to get you one for solstice, if you are willing to at least temporarily add me, I think I tried to add you once, but since you don't know me, you ignored it, like any sane person would. lol Been a fan for a long time, glad to see you in my feed again.
Oohh, you can get "Fallout: London" for free? Here'z my wrist; twist it. ;)
@@Syrkit Yeah, it's a mod that was so big, Nexus couldn't host it, so GOG stepped up.
Mind the gap.
CTRL switches between walk and run. Please don't ask why it's not the shift key. It's a weird mix of on rail shooter / rewards slow exploration with no inventory or crafting. The atmosphere is wonderful. When I played this in 2007 it was great, but I can see why someone playing in 2024 can see the aging game mechanic flaws.
If this is how you commentate at D&D, you must be a blast to play with. Best of luck in the CoC TTRPG! Looking forward to more of this series from you
Oh, this game is so harsh and depressing. All the LoS stories are. It's awful and beautiful all at once.
I found the limited choices and the complete lack of self-confidence in the main character extremely off-putting. That, coupled with the point-and-click-adventure-game puzzles just...irritating. Maybe the story gets good, but I think it would have been better as a movie or TV show, honestly. Even then, unless the main character grows a pair at some point--near the beginning!--I'd still not be interested.
@Syrkit oh, absolutely. I could see that in your frustration, and I'd forgotten how the game really was lol. People always remember the story, not the package, and that's not always a good thing!!
This game is set in 2013. Part of the reason for the popularity of the game is the storyline. It gets pretty wild the more you play it. Plus many, like myself, who likes to ship the main Max and secondary character Chloe. In the sequel game you can determine who Rachel Amber was to Chloe.
Play it with friends... It's a fun n interesting game ..
You are an unfair reviewer of this game. Point 1, you didn't care to take cover quite a few times and also mainly fired from the hip at distance. Point 2, you fail to think logically, if a gun goes *click*, in most games it means 'Empty', yet you never checked if you might've accidently stored your ammo. Point 3, you overlooked your explosives in your crafting materials the first time you tried finding them in your inventory. Point 4, you quit after dying 2 times, not caring to figure out the 'bug' to see if it's game error or user error, which in this case it was user error. Point 5, you are too easily annoyed, if a tutorial wants you to do something in a specific way, it's the devs' fault for not making it good, but your fault for raging within the first 10 minutes. If you struggle this much with Prototype Runners, I imagine you'd have an aneurism with FNIX class machines, not counting the Russian machines. And it's not a stealth game, it's heavily combat focused. You are a guerilla fighter, you do hit and run attacks, not sneak around praying you get through the game silently nor are you supposed to play 1 man army. Yes, you can do stealth and yes, you can do 1 man army, but that's only really doable on the easier modes and each gets harder as the difficulty and the machines' class go up. How about instead of poorly reviewing types of games that you are poor at, you play games you are at least decent at which raises the chance of you giving a fair critic. I am not saying you are a bad person, evil or incompetent, but you are stepping into game territory where you lack experience and thus are a beginner to the genre from what it looks like, essentially making your critic worthless since Generation Zero is a game not meant for those that only started hardcore FPS games recently.
*Point 1:* Do you just go rushing in on your first playthrough of a game or do you try to first see how the game even works in the first place? *Point 2:* If a game _doesn't show you the ammo counter reading zero,_ that's a badly-designed game. And there was no reason to think I had dumped my ammo. *Point 3:* No, the explosives looked like grenades and I was trying to figure out how to equip them. The game wasn't very explicit about it. *Point 4:* At that point, I didn't care. The game had already shown itself to be quite poorly designed by then. *Point 5:* Other games don't annoy me like this one. If the tutorial wants me to do something in a specific way that's _so fucking stupid_ like this one, it's bad game. I wasn't "struggling"; the game is badly designed. How about understanding that _just because you like a game_ doesn't mean it's a _good_ game. And a game that uses the same key for "Take All" and "Leave All" is a bad, _bad_ game.
@@Syrkit Counter points. Point 1, personally i try to see how the game works rather than rushing in blind as to not make thing needlessly hard for me. Point 2, this is calling every mil-sim game, tactical shooter and mods that make games more realistic, bad, including Ready or Not, which is considered leagues above Generation Zero is most regards with only 'map scale' being a loss, which is worthless since they are 2 different genres. Pont 3, no grenade looks like that, there was no spoon, pin or even a tab (a thing connected to a string to yank to prime a grenade or anything else it's attached to, like artillery guns, with some firing by a string/rope pull). Point 4, you rushed into combat with a non-functioning gun expecting positive results without trying to figure why it stopped shooting or why everything in your hotwheel was grayed out, your own fault. It just portrays you as impatient and non-logical to a degree and you could've easily fixed not dying the 2nd time by just checking why you couldn't shoot by simply going into your inventory. Point 5, the tutorial doesn't make the game. If you quit and call it a 'horrible game' before you can even finish the tutorial, it's not the game design, it's your own lack of something, be it skill, thinking, logical deduction or otherwise if no glitches, bugs or code errors occur, which none did in this case. I will admit the game isn't the best, but it's still decent judging by steam reviews with 'all reviews' being mostly positive and 'recent reviews' being very positive This reminds of a critic reviewing Cuphead, he couldn't even pass the tutorial and called it a 'bad game', yet it's still recognizable today and when he gave it to his kind, who wasn't even a teen if i remember correctly, he beat the tutorial quick. There was an entire debate over whether or not the game was good by big youtubers, even MatPat from game theory was involved over whether or not the review of Cuphead was fair or not via online debate with someone who he knows. (Don't go harassing him over this, just trying to emphasize how big this was). Reviews should be done by people who play games in the same genre/class as the game they review, which is not you since you. All i want is for you to at least try the game again and post a fair review on it, criticizing a game for your failures as a player is not doing it or you any favors. I am honestly more qualified to give a review because I play games from the same genre as it and i don't rush it with non-functioning weapons, but it would realistically not be fair for me to do so since I have time in it and it would be considered as a partial review due to me already having experienced it.
@@Blacklight656 *Point 1:* Exactly. That's why I kept my distance from that first robot. *Point 2:* And if it were realistic, there would _still_ be some in-game representation of having gotten rid of all my ammo. The fact that the 'loot' key and the 'store everything' key is the same, coupled with the complete absence of an ammo counter makes it _unrealistic._ Cuz, in the real world, you might notice that you're suddenly not carrying any ammo. Doy. *Point 3:* Bullshit, "no grenade looks like that"; the Germans have grenades of a similar shape during WWII, often called a 'stick grenade' or a 'potato masher'. They're longer, but a very similar shape. *Point 4:* You're very quick to blame, but I rushed into combat _after flat-out stating that I hoped dying would clear whatever nonsense had grayed everything out._ And the fact that everything was grayed out would indicate _in literally every other game ever_ that what I was holding was unusable at the moment, not that I didn't have anything. _Every other game in existence_ would have taken it out of the equipment wheel or had a '0' atop it. That they were grayed out _was confusing_ because the game designers decided to color outside the lines. *Point 5:* I called it a horrible game because it's a horrible game. If _the tutorial_ was this much of a piece of shit, I can only _imagine_ what the rest of the game must be like. I _do_ play this game of game...the others are just _better made._ See, what you don't get is that I _didn't_ make a "player error"; the game has _an interface problem_ that made it impossible to figure out what had gone wrong. Between the idiotic controls for inventory management, the complete lack of an ammo counter, the grayed out equipment wheel, the game sent the wrong message to any _experienced_ gamer. Even if it wasn't one, it _looked_ like a bug or a glitch based on literally every other game of this sort, and even games that aren't. Sorry-not-sorry that you think this is the Best Game Ever™ and the only way to not like it is to be bad at it, but shit design is shit design, and this game his a shitty design paradigm. The devs made some _really stupid choices,_ and that's what makes it a bad game. _Deal with it._
@@Syrkit I did not say it was the best game ever, read what i said at the end, i recognized it isn't the best, and the M24s, the german stick grenades, do not have a wide body, then a tight bottleneck and then a round top, and there have been worse games. Are you viewing this as an argument or a debate? I'm saying this is not a fair review, and also, not taking cover and not aiming at your targets is not 'seeing how the game works' And there has been other games where things remain on the hotbar but grayed out and you need to replace it, i know i have played one in my own life, if you want i can try and get the name for you
Actually nvm, i already found it, Space Engineers, you need to assign things to your hotbar and weapons and tools not in your inventory are grayed out Edit: There is also the abundant RPGs where items give you abilities and when you put them on your hotbar, they are grayed out once the thing that gave you that ability is no longer equipped or in your inventory, World of Warcraft and SWTOR being the first 2 that come to mind
in the 80s police didnt need guns here now its on the brink of arming them with automatic carbines.

Tell that to Gyllene Tider and Per Gessle. Hell, they even sing "Gyllene Tider" as part of their songs; I'll believe the evidence of my ears before I believe some rando on the internet.
Östertörn not Ostertorn 🤢
I enjoyed the game, though it has issues, the ambience and environment is great to sit back and take in
yea this dev team is garbage overall. this was their first game and I agree it was so awful. I specialize in reviewing games based on accessibility for disabled gamers, and can say this game was very much very hard to play for someone like me with a physical disability. Their second game which in my honest opinion is that was their only decent game and during it's development they started developing their third game and it became very apparent that they were not going to finish development on the second game but spent over a year leading players on before finally confirming they were going to sunset the game. An announcement they DID NOT do through steam or any other platform and ONLY announced it through their discord. as for their third game, it was a major flop and they have yet to look into developing any more games and frankly I hope they never do.
I agree that it does lack disabled gamer ease of use and such, but i don't think they really considered it when making the game, a lot of games lack disabled gamer accessibility in all fairness, COD actively making you worse off since you can't use every single key at your disposal, but you can't call Generation Zero and COD out alone for this, there are many others games that do this and disabled gamers are simply too small of a community in the game scene to actively warrant game companies making such changes, and in some cases, it might even lead to the abuse of additions if it's implemented incorrectly, because for example, if a game has a feature for disabled players to have a greater reaction time to a certain thing, like blocking in a sword fighting game, who is to say that others won't abuse that feature and enable it even when they are not disabled, it's just too much work for too little gain to game companies at this point, but hey, there is always hope for the future where disabled people are treated more fairly.
Ok time for me a 1-year generation zero player to hit you with some facts tip one the explosives are a crafting resource tip 2 try to aim at an enemy tip 3 you don't need to use the equipment wheel you can just use your keyboard numbers tip 4 follow the mission hints and another thing the game isn't shitt because you're bad at it that is like saying cod it's bad because you are bad at competitive games games
No, this game is crap. Bad design is bad design, and this game is very badly designed. I play _a lot_ of games...hell, I'm _made_ games. And believe me, when it comes to controls and UI design, this game is absolutely _garbage._ The design choices made were idiotic, sophomoric, and counter-intuitive as hell.
@Syrkit OK hear out how is it bad just saying it's bad isn't helping
@@Tyson-rx8pg *ONE:* Having "take all" and "leave all" be the same button is extremely stupid. *TWO:* Graying out items on the equipment wheel makes them look unusable, not that you have none. The number '0' exists for a reason, and it would have helped to see it. *THREE:* Therese insisting on only using a medkit built from specific items, rather than _any_ medkit you've built is extremely stupid, especially if this is a tutorial on how to do it rather than being on rails. It would be especially bad if it's not even your first playthrough. *FOUR:* The explosive item doesn't _say_ it's a crafting item _in its own description,_ and the model sure looks a bit like old school grenades. It says it's "an explosive material used to make things go boom", which implies it can be used all on its own. The fact that it's on a list of crafting items on the left hand side _isn't good enough;_ the item itself needs a label right in its description. *FIVE:* Taking away the ammo counter instead of it reading '0' when you're empty also leaves the player wondering WTF, cuz _games don't do that._ These are all _terrible_ game design choices.
@Syrkit @Syrkit ok number one course they would be the same button you wouldn't take all from your personal storage number 2 it's more universally easy to grey out the item then to have them say zero example your companion you only get one of them so of course it's gonna be grey d out and for other single item slot things three crafting one Medkit isn't that hard it literally gives you the resources and four the explosive item does not look like a old grenade it looks like a small jar of gunpowder number 5 is the only one that makes sense
@@Tyson-rx8pg *_ok number one course they would be the same button you wouldn't take all from your personal storage_* Really? _Who says?_ I've done it. I'm sure many people have taken all from their personal storage. And it doesn't _matter._ If a player has been using the same button to loot, the expectation will be that it's the button to use for taking and not leaving. Switching it up based on circumstances makes no sense at all. *_number 2 it's more universally easy to grey out the item then to have them say zero_* "Easy"? I don't care about "easy". I care about _user-friendly,_ and those are two different animals. _Obviously,_ graying them out was confusing, because a grayed out item usually indicates _that it's there but cannot be used._ And why do I say that? Because literally _every other bit of software, game or not, works that way._ Same for the lack of an ammo-counter when the amount you have is zero; between that and the clicking sound _and_ the grayed out items, it sure looked like the gun had been rendered unusable. Broken. _*three crafting one Medkit isn't that hard it literally gives you the resources *_ I never said it was _hard,_ I said it was _stupid game design_ for Therese to not take a medkit I had made _unless I made it from specific textiles._ I made the medkit easily...she just _wouldn't take it_ because of which materials I'd used to make it. She _only_ wanted a medkit made from the textiles I found _outside._ Stupid, stupid, stupid. It's a medkit. I made it. Just take it, you wounded dummy! *_four the explosive item does not look like a old grenade it looks like a small jar of gunpowder number_* No, it does look like those strange WWII grenades shaped like a short bat or club. Go look it up.
This game was great. Sorry if you didnt enjoy it.
Truth be told maybe you shouldnt be playing the game if your this terrible at it, its not the games fault that your having a terrible time with it It sounds like your not cut out for this game, even though this game is old already
Or maybe the game is badly designed. Whomever thought that the same key should be used for "Take All" and "Leave All" should lose their parking space, because that was _dumb._
Dropped a subscribe for ya. You played quite a few of the games that I enjoy and I'm quite interested in seeing what you have in store for us. Keep it up!
Awesome, thanks! :) Glad to have you onboard.
At 30:09 you stored your entire inventory in the storage box. You didn't have any bullets, that's why you couldn't shoot...
Well, one, I _know_ I didn't press 'F'. Two, I was still holding a weapon, so I clearly didn't store that. Or if I did store it but it somehow stayed in my hand, that's an extra problem... Three, my equipment wheel wasn't empty, it was grayed out, implying everything was still there, but unusable. And four, if the ammo counter had still been there but reading 'zero', it might have been a clue, but they took it away _entirely._ No matter how you slice it, that's bad game design. Even if I screwed up and stored everything, the game sure didn't _act like it_ with regard to my inventory and interface. Crap game design.
@@Syrkit The irritating store all button is 'R', I remember because when I played the game, I would accidentally do that all the time. The reason, the storage box is 'R' to store all items and everything else 'R' is take all and exit. Why they did this? I don't know When you are out of an item, it turns gray in the weapons wheel. Honestly, even with better weapons the game is boring, the enemies always know where you are (with sniper accuracy), the missions are all the same, and base building/defending is not that fun.
@@awezomerobot *_The reason, the storage box is 'R' to store all items and everything else 'R' is take all and exit._* Oh, merciful Zeus, _really?_ Ugh. I was already not happy with the game design, but geez. *_When you are out of an item, it turns gray in the weapons wheel._* They could at least have put a '0' next to it...I coulda figured that out. And your description makes it sound worse than I thought from what little I played. Egad.
Oh noooo. Haven't gotten to watch the whole thing yet but seems...yikes-ish 😬
I've never seen gamers on UA-cam make a "DO NOT PLAY" list, but this inspired me. Maybe I'm the first to list the worst.
@Syrkit I like it! I'm always interested in hearing what's not worth playing so I don't waste my money (although I'm sorry you had to for my benefit!)
@@SciStrikeling Tomorrow's video is not a "DO NOT PLAY", but I know I'm not finishing it; it's a horror game that scared the pants off of me. If you want to hear me scream like a child, stick around to the end. _Monday's_ video is another "DO NOT PLAY", tho.
@@Syrkit sounds fun! 😊
A tip (at least until you get the teleporters), when exploring, carry enough materials to build a room with a door, so you can build that for air, in the early days, it it work it to build a lot of those around the map, so you can grab air as needed.
I do that about an hour and four minutes in, actually.
@@Syrkit Awesome, I was working while watching, so I must have missed it. XD Glad to see more people enjoying this game.
@@TheDevian I'm definitely enjoying it. It's a challenge without being stressful.
Hello!! Love this game, glad to see someone playing it again
Also hello from my Minecraft-specific channel
I believe this is the remastered version, too. :)
@@SciStrikelingGaming Hoya! Never did get into Minecraft, but I only played, like, an hour or three the one time I tried it.
@Syrkit I've been really into modded Minecraft which I never thought I would be. I was always a "vanilla is the only way to play" person but then I dipped my toes into modded and got hooked and dove right in lol
@@SciStrikelingGaming Oh, been there, mostly with Bethesda games (and Baldur's Gate 3). I refused to mod a game for the longest time. (I also refuse to call it "vanilla", cuz the notion that vanilla is "plain" is one to which I object strongly; I call it the "base game".) I mostly only use graphics tweaks and QoL mods cuz the gameplay is pretty solid; they could just stand to be prettier. Or, in the case of Fallout 4, could use a wider range of materials and objects in their base-building function, kinda thing.
Nice video! Maybe a bit too long, but the commentary was great. Keep it up, you’re on the right track
Thanks. :) I just played until I got tired of it; I'm only doing these for funsies. :)
maybe you figure it out later, as I'm only 7 minutes in, but you can spray liquids out of flasks to put yourself out instead of throwing the entire flask :)
Huh. It never seemed like enough to me. I always figured pouring like that was for acid or lava to hurt your enemies.
I missed it too. Pretty remarkable to miss a 4+ hour stream when I was at my PC the whole time. But somehow the notification still came after the stream was over. Also: I think I've played this game.
Dang it, I missed it!
True. But don't worry; there will be more streams. I ought to do them in the evening instead, but I'd been meaning to do a stream of GalCiv4, and I wanted to play a game, so...
So it is fun!
It can be _made_ fun, but I'm not sure I'll ever enjoy Campaign Mode.
