i went to scotland (glasgow) to watch these actually stayed at the guitarists house cant remember what year it was but we had an awesome night out with gary lightbody at snow patrols practice studio.Those were the days!!!!!

I saw this version of Big Star in Dublin a few year ago. Chilton was an asshole. He only wanted to play 50s rock music all night. He did an extremely weird version of T-Rex's "Baby Strange". A very odd choice of song

I can't believe that I finally found Astrid videos ! I first saw them at the SXSW festival in Austin TX in 2000. That was the only time I saw them perform but I still listen to their records fairly often :-).

Like the track. Pity they split up. Wondered why they were playing in a field rather than on a stage until the TV host came on.
