I am a professor of philosophy. This channel is largely just a place for me to host homework videos that I assign to my students that give short overviews of a topic/issue so that we can focus our in class time on discussing those issues. As such, while I make the videos publicly accessible for anyone who might be interested, the goal of the channel is not an attempt to build a UA-cam community for engagement.

As such, comments and other features are largely turned off on all the videos since I mostly don't have the necessary time to build that kind of engagement on UA-cam. Moreover, the videos lack much organization (since that organization gets done on the LMS for my courses) on UA-cam. Nonetheless, I've made the videos publicly accessible for anyone who might be interested in any of the topics.
