skin rash in Glucagonoma vs systemic mastocytosis

skin rash in glucagonoma is localized, mostly in intertriginous areas (buttock, groin) while skin rash in systemic mastocytosis is diffuse. The type of rash in mastocytosis is usually urticarial but can be maculopapular, vesicular or pustular.
when you rub the edge of rash in systemic mastocytosis, new wheals and erythema appear and this is called darier sign
Regarding glucagonoma, you should know that most of them have already metastasized to the liver at the time of diagnosis. Glucagonoma is a malignant tumor.

I was going to guess lung cancer but the other commenter seems to have nailed it.
Increased pulmonary opacity in the right, middle lobe and left lower lobe. Suggestions of possible pneumonia with increased fluid which may indicate edema.
