As someone that recently worked at the red cross shelters during rhe kast hurricane, i PROMISE you that people revert to a savage state in a matter of days. I called my mom the first night i was there and told her to die in the streets before going ro a long term shelter, i seen GROWN men attack CHILDREN over fruit cups, i watched an old lady get arrested for fighting the cops because she wasnt allowed outside for a cig DURING lockdown at rhe shelter. This is 100% spot on how people would act in a situation like this.

I remember i had a friend who i stopped talking to in 2019. He was a complete bootlicker for any military personnel, i told him they are just as fallible as anyone else.
