09.25.18 - This Judge, Tim Healey just let a dangerous criminal loose on the streets of Murphys, CA. without posting bail! After repeated offenses and restraining orders presented by the prosecuting attorneys, there were four recent counts of infractions including a Federal Offense of vandalism to an automobile presented at the Murphy's Concourse de'Elegance by a person by the name of Carol Anne Gordon. After the police and Highway Patrol from the county arrested her and she went to court, the judge said that there would be no bail because, " Gordon will be free without bail, citing probable cause in that there were no direct witnesses regarding the vandalism allegations." This person was seen on video loitering around the vehicle, told to keep away from the involved antique car & spotted by two witnesses to the crime and fled the scene! She was arrested at the concours after reportedly disturbing the peace and resisting arrest! She is now free, without bail to cause more harm and destruction to the community! Gordon has a long history of restraining orders, disturbing the peace and vandalism... Good work, judge!

From day one I suspected it to be him. What kind of a crazed killer kills a girl but leaves her "witness" brother alone and flees? It was even more suspicious when the neighbor recanted her story about seeing the "killer" flee. It sometimes sucks to be skeptical/suspicious of everything.

I can't believe that he killed her! That brings dishonor to his family! I mean that's just wrong! Do you know why he did that?

I knew it. It just didn't seem right. His story didn't add up. The neighbor said he was right there n nobody left out of that house. I feel for the parents because not only have they lost two children, they will forever question themselves as to how this could have been prevented smh....
