In the game, maybe Rod can't die with an electrogun shot because that's the mechanism of the game itself, if Rod dies there are no enemies for the main character. So in my opinion one electrogun shot would probably do a lot of damage to Rod considering that Rod is still an ordinary human, and if this happens in the story Idk what will happen, maybe Rod will be injured after being shot escapes and plans to take revenge on Mike by finding out who Lis is? or make a weapon that is more sophisticated than Mike's electrogun? Well, Idk but yeah this is very interesting
