Dolme is one of the most delicious Iranian dishes, which is mostly cooked in Azerbaijan and Turkish-speaking cities in Iran This delicious and healthy food can be made with bell pepper or eggplant, tomato or grape leaves and cabbage.First, we empty the inside of them, then we put the ingredients that we have prepared, which include rice, cobs, minced meat, aromatic vegetables, and onions into them.Aromatic herbs include mint, coriander, tarragon, chives and basil.At the end, we mix pomegranate paste, tomato paste and spices with boiling water and pour it on the dumplings and let them cook well.The recipe for dolma and stuffed eggplant and stuffed peppers may be different in different places.
