How do I get this type of view or room do I ask for a balcony or water front?
I have to truly thank you guys for posting with the room number. When my husband and I initially checked in we thought all of the ocean view with balconies were the same. We were sadly mistaken. We got the ocean view with a balcony but it was definitely under par and only had a very small bathroom with one sink in it. I went back to the reception desk and was told that they don’t have any rooms with two sinks (she was a new worker) I showed the receptionist your video and she personally escorted me to the new room and she was shocked. We got the same exact room number. We are much happier now because this particular room is what made me book this hotel. Thanks again for your video!😁

I love how you showed the bed and the views first before showing all the other things we don't care about. Peoples vacations videos annoy me....showing the closet space and the bathroom details- like- i appreciate that but if the view isn't popping i'm no longer interested in anything else int he room. Definitely subscribing!

Hope I'm not too late answering your question. They have parking but their garage fills up quickly on the weekend. I found street parking 9th street for the weekend

From my understanding, the Sian Ka'an Master Suites are the ones with the Jacuzzi. These, for some reason, are not listed on their website under the Pyramid rooms. I am awaiting a response to find out why
How was it I been seen a ton of bad reviews but am assuming that’s because they get the cheapest rooms.
The resort itself was great. Beautiful property, helpful staff. Very clean. The only thing I would say I really didn't enjoy was the food. During Co-Vid of course some restaurants were closed, room service wasn't the fastest and it wasn't hot when we got it. If you had to make a reservation for a restaurant, you needed to get there early due to long lines and reservations running out. Outside of the food though, we had an amazing stay.
