I got it. I also found sony 85mm f 1.8 very soft, a lot of chroma etc. So didnt like ot too mufh cause of the image quality. But AF was on the good side ;)

Hell yeah. The prices are No Joke nowadays! At least im Also bit suprised with this lens. And suprised in good meaning! Made what is built for, but clearly can feel lacks of a little bit of reach and bokeh... But thats "the price to pay" for size and the price factor. Hope you will be halpy with that !! Also though of a7cii but for now only a7c and will compare it with zve1 incnext vids :) Cheera.

ThT hot pixel is appearong and dissapearing from time to time as i see. Also remaping helped with that. I need to monitor it in the future, and didnt have overheatong issue yet. So i even didnt use it for a longer time so i didnt gave the camera a reason for overheating. I also see it as a handy feature.maybe usefull but still lacks with some quality and usability. As You said in some situations it may be good. But when we want some real 4K i also suppose we still need to take a gimbal :)

Its funny. IM not used to use a EVF ...🤷 Even if i had a cam worh that ... I used only for tests😂 even on sinny days. Based on Zebra or histogram mostly. At least dont like EVF too much. But i understand ot maybe others thing 😁😁

Btw. I dont know if you know. But sensor has super hard and durable glass in front of it... So in real life its very hard to maka a scratch on it. Arthur R made a test on it few years ago and fingers and dust with sand made no damage. He was able to do the damage to the sensor while taking knife to action !! So a little piece of air to blow out the small dust will not do the bad thing ;) no i didnt spit inside ;)

Answer is easy ... 1. If you record slow motion there is not gyro data. 2. If you record with optical steady shot or active or sensor stabilization .there is no gyro data. You need to record standard vid clip. In 4k 30 100% is a gyro data. 4k 60 ( not slowmo) i didnt test so i dont know but suppose it should work also :) 3. Manual or AF lens doesnt affect the gyro daya. Gyro data is collexted from a sensor level so should clearly worl fine :) But i also didnt test it with Manual lenses so im 99% sure, if you want to be 100% sure i reccomend to find offcial sources from a sony. One day i found it on net descrobed very well how the gyro data works so it is somewhere on Sony Site ;)

Tak jak mówisz. Na 1.4 w sumie mydlo, a taka sensowna ostrosc zaczyna się na f2. Wiec po co brac f 1.4 ktorego nie mozna uzyc ;) jak budżet nie ogrankcza zdecydowanie sigma 85mm :)

Ogólnie obrazek daje ładny, ale brak ostrosci w zakresie 1.4-1.8 to troche dyskwalifikacja przy szkle ktore sie kupuje by robic portrety na f1.4 ;) sony 85 też na pewno dobrze się spisze. Samyanga 135 też mam i mkze niedlugo uda Mi sie do niego w koncu dobrać by go porAdniej przetestować bo zawsze mi gdzies ucieka zabranie się za niego :D nigdy nie testowałem viltroxa 85mm f1.8 ale to też moze byc mocny zawodnik ... I bardzo budzetowy ;)

No eazy choice... Sigma is so small, light and compact. Sony is visibly bigger but at the same time o think better quality from built to sharpness and perform. Also beeter cooperation with active steadysthot in a6700. If i had to choose on a budget and for chilling in a street photo probably sigma 18-50. If id think of more pro things and hade bigger budget and dont care about size ... Id go for 16-55 f2.8 ;)

Bought it almost one year ago as used and i saw now kinda big price drop of used cameras on my local market, soci decided to sell to do not lose to much on it. Right now i have Only A7C and in few days it seems like i will Buy Sony ZV-E1. At least i go from apsc setup to Full Frame setup. Still have some apsc lenses so im in a rebuild process ;)

Yeap! Exactly. Its cheap enough for begginer to buy it and try to be more pro, at the same time. Full time pro will get amazing results with that :) that was the Idea I wanted to tell ;)

Usually alerture as wide as possible, shutter speed 1/800-1/2000 depends on light and how fast the action is and focal lenght. Iso 1000-3000 ;) that was the most common set up :)

In this comparison i prefer zeiss Batis. BUT. to be hobest its freakin expensive 🤷 you can easilyy buy sigma 85mm f1.4 in the same price range :)

Yeap! There is a setting to set a speed an AF speed. You can set a speed of AF in general. You can also set how fast AF react for another subject, and how fast transition from one to another. It can be set on a scale from 1-5 or 1-7 ;)

For this moment im really happy with that mic. Didnt got any issues with it, and like the sound I Get. Get some noises while set up on 0db ;) at -20 pretty good :)

Ogólnie w trybie wideo nawet 4k25fps, troche Przycina ramke nie tylko na górze do formatu 16x9 ale też troche na bokach. Moze być ze 4k60 lrzycina jeszcze troche, ale nie na tyle by się to .i kiedykolwiek rzucilo w oczy. Na pewno widoczny jest wyraźny crop przy 4K120 :)

@@FreeLensImage Kurcze, każdy mówi co innego. Jeden, że przycina w 60 fps, drugi że nie przycina w ogóle, a Ty że nawet przycina w 25fps... Coś to sony za bardzo kombinuje. Chyba każdy aparat inny😜 Dzięki za odpowiedź!

What do you mean by noise while zooming in and out?? Loosing autofocus?? In terms of ISO noise it has constant aperture so senser noises are the same. You can zoom electronical way so the zoom is very smooth.

If ypu mean noises of the lenses at least i dont remember it being very loud. At least i think it doesnt make any noises while zooming. Or so small noises that it will not be abel to hear on your video ;) thats what i remember because i already dont heve it ;) sold but its a great gear to have so ... I recomend ;)

At least 55-210 i na very good lens :) i was comparing it also to 70-350mm g oss and suprisingly the difference wasnt so huge as we could suppose ;)

Tak jest z tego co też czytałem i sie dowiadywałem to bie obsługuje tego aparatu. :). Więc go nie podłączałem w sumie, ani przez kabel ani nie próbowałam przez Bluetooth. Gimbal jest po prostu swietny w uzyciu i pięknie lezy w rece :D i to było głównym przesłaniem tego "filmu" :D

@@FreeLensImage Bezużyteczny gimbal który nie obsługuje zaistalowanego aparatu / kamery jest świetny w użyciu i pięknie leży w ręce. Co Ty masz w głowie dzieciaku? Wciskanie "rec" na niekompatybilnym aparacie zamontowanym na gimbalu jest wręcz rewelacyjnym ułatwieniem w użyciu! NIe mam pewności, ale obstawiam, że elastycvzne dildo z sexshopu może jeszcze lepiej leżeć w Twojej ręce, może też pasować w inne miejsce i być tak samo przydatne jak i ten gimbal z A6700! Przetestuj!

Im więcej tym lepiej. Znak ze idę w dobrym kierunku 🤪. Więcej wyrozumiałości, otwartości i zyczliwości w codziennym zyciu życzę ;) A Jak masz a6700 to kup taki Gimbal który się z nim łączy i masz po sprawie. Ja się tym bawie za swoje hajsy bez pomocy " sponsorów" czy firm które Mi coś wysyłają, więc rzeźbie w tym co mam. Jak masz więcej i lepiej. To chętnie pooglądam jak Ty to robisz z lepszymi sprzętami. :)

Im so glad with everyone who found anything usable incmy videos :) i think its a great combo and crop is kinda small and easily acceptable. Whats your opinion after watching?:)

The strongest point for this lens is that its kinda small compared to the tamron 17-70 ... And also works perfectly with active steadyshot build in a6700 / fx30 ... That may be a deal breaker for handheld filmmakers. I found it a little bit better opticaly than tamron 17-70. And much better stabilzation cause tamron 17-70 with active steadyshot is working just weird and you never know what will do. :D i like this lens... But, as we can see still hard to mach apsc to FF lenses and camera bodies. At least i think its a great lens, but yes also a bit overpriced. I feel like 20-25% cheaper would be more realistic ;)

@@FreeLensImage I agree with you. I switched from Sony's full-frame system to the A6700 with the Apsc system. I don't care much about the image quality of FF and APSC. I used Sigma's 18-50 before. It is a very light f2.8 lens, but I can't accept the out-of-focus, edge sharpness, dispersion, etc. Tamron's 17-70 may be too big for me. I don't like it. Sony's 16-55 should be the GM lens in the APSC field (except for the price:D). Combining these factors, the lens I use most when going out for a walk is 15f1.4😂

@@FreeLensImage Thanks for the links. I did see the first one, but there, you are comparing at same f-number and same f-stop and same ISO, which isn't helpful at all. Basically, that just shows that a small aperture diameter collects less light than a big aperture diameter.

But there is still 102 000 on full frame less noisy than 25 600 on apsc ;) thats also a huge factor. At least it was a vid about usabikity of a image. Just dont going too deep into equivalents, numbers and calculations... F2.8 on a apsc give more noise than f2.8 on ff;) when cameras set similar ... So that was the point and the question to check ... What is the difference. Last few vids, are pushing me more to the FF side while seeing this lack of low light possibiliteis in apsc :) even f1.2 lenses will not guarantee a clear image on apsc... While having a FF and f2.8 or f1.8 is much easier job to get a nice, clear and good looking image, over even, more acceptable ;)

@@FreeLensImage ISO isn't very meaningful for digital cameras. Its meaning is absolutely not consistent between cameras, even between cameras with the same sensor size from the same manufacturers. When a manufacturer wants to claim that a specific camera does great in low light (e.g. Sony with the A7s series), they typically stretch the scale quite a bit so that something that should be ISO 12800 shows as ISO 25600 on the camera settings. Shutter speed and aperture diameter on the other hand are standard measurements that are very accurate. Also, changing the ISO setting on a camera doesn't always do much to your raw data. On ISO invariant cameras it can be as little as setting the ISO tag and metadata in the file, nothing more. This means that if you take the same picture changing the ISO from 6400 to 12400, you will get the exact same raw data, the only difference will be the value of the ISO tag in the metadata.

@@prayagraj999 a6700 is great choice if you have more budget. If less zve10 is great. Best lenses i think 11mm f 1.8 or 10-18 sigma for vlog. ;)

Still dont have enough money to buy all the lenses in the world :D but i think that the results would be simmilar ;) i comlared tamron vs sony 16-55 back in the day and tamron was little bit worse optically, so ... Also active steady shot worked horrible with tamron 17-70 so it wouldnt be better ;) thanks for your comment, and hope for more support like thumbs up and sub ;) cheers:)

@FreeLensImage The Tamron is way better than you speak of. I live and die by that lens while doing pro work as a professional sports photographer and I've never had a problem with it. Plus it's just as sharp as the Sony and cheaper. And 17-70mm apsc is 25-105mm which would has been the perfect for the video. But to each it's own but maybe in the future you will compare both lens.

@@HagaishiSama compared already 16-55 and 17-70 :) but yes it would be great to compare with 24-105 in the way i did 16-55, but sadly roght now i dont own one ;)i dont say 17-70 is bad.... Its great! But i mainly choose 16-55 because better lerformace woth active steadyshot and i also made a vid about this :D so 16-55 had a huge advantage in this place ;) we all know actvie doesnt work with 3rd party lenses ... So native lenses is the thing 🤪 at least im thinking of selling 16-55 and it will probably happen in a weeks and eoght now om more in to camera upgrades and more around Full frame, than lenses so im not sure if 17-70 will get into my hand recently :) but i defffinitelly undestand your place, i would do that comparison with a pleasure, but i make vids about the equipment i currently own.
