Good drone work. Captures the location really well.
This is certainly a beautiful house, or rather villa, I don't want to call it, because it simply lacks a part of the property that is protected from view and has a beautiful pool. There are certainly 50-60000 Euros of investment still necessary to make it really good. Then and yes then it is a villa.

Hi Reg, I am a drone pilot and film the outside of the property only, unless the real estate agent asks for interior video...the real estate agents normally do their own internal video, If you are interested in the property, details are listed at the end, with property name, ref, email address and also a QR code which can be scanned by your mobile phoe to take you directly to the property page with all the information you need.
